Concession for J&K candidates, who had ordinarily
been domiciled in the Kashmir Division in the Union

अ य थय के मामले म ऊपरी आयु सीमा म अिधकतम 05 वष क छू ट दी जाएगी। ऊपरी आयु सीमा म 05 वष क छू ट का
लाभ लेने के िलए फायर फाई टग फ ड म पांच वष का अनुभव आव यक है।
Note-1: For the post of Leading Fireman/A and Driver-cum-Pump-Operator-cum-Fireman/A - maximum 5 years
relaxation in upper age limit will be allowed in the case of candidates with longer experience and
outstanding merit. Five years experience in Fire Fighting field is required for getting the advantage of 5
years relaxation in upper age.

चालक लाइसस धारी अ य थय को ाथिमकता दी जाएगी। सु थािपत अि शमन सेवा
संगठन म फायरमैन/ ाइवर-कम- चालक का 7 वष का अनुभव।
नोट: उपयु त अनुभव के होते ए भी अ यथ को ली डग फायरमैन/ए के पद हेतु आव यक अहता
ा त करने के उपरांत 3 वष का संबंिधत अनुभव होना अिनवाय है।
(i) HSC (10+2) Science with Chemistry or equivalent with minimum 50% of marks.
Experience as a Fireman in a well established Fire Service Organization. Persons
having Certificate Course from State Fire Training Centre and valid Heavy Vehicle
driving license will be given preference. 8 years experience in well established Fire
Service Organizations as Fireman/Driver-Cum-Operator.
(ii) Sub Officer’s Course from National Fire Service College Persons having valid
Heavy Vehicle driving license will be given preference. 7 years experience in well
established Fire Service Organizations as Fireman/Driver-Cum-Operator.
Note: Notwithstanding the above experience, the candidate must have 3 years of
relevant experience after obtaining the requisite qualification for Leading Fireman A.

Physically disabled persons who are otherwise qualified to hold clerical post and who are certified as
being unable to type by the Medical Board attached to Special Employment Exchanges for the
disabled (or by a Civil Surgeon where there is no such board) may be exempted from passing the
typing test.

िव ापन के अनुसार कसी पद क अपे ा को पूण करने वाले प रयोजना भािवत यि (पीएपी) तापिबघ-1व2 / तापिबघ-3व4
ारा जमीन/घर अिध हण के माण के प म िजला ािधकारी ारा जारी वैध पीएपी माणप अपलोड कर।
The Project Affected Person (PAP) fulfilling the requirements for any post as per advertisement should
upload valid PAP certificate issued by the District Authority being a proof of land/house acquired by TAPS-
1&2/TAPS-3&4.
पीएपी ेणी म िजनके प रवार म से कसी भी यि को एनपीसीआईएल म िनयिमत आधार पर रोजगार नह िमला हो के वल ऐसे
प रयोजना भािवत अ य थय के आवेदन पर ही पीएपी ेणी के तहत छू ट देने का िवचार कया जाएगा। तापिबघ-1व2 और तापिबघ-
3व4 के पीएपी के अलावा अ य कोई रयायत का पा नह होगा।
The applications of such Project Affected candidates from whose family no one has got employment under
PAP category in NPCIL on regular basis will only be considered for relaxation under PAP category. Other
than PAPs of TAPS-1&2 and TAPS-3&4 are not eligible for any relaxation.

बचमाक अश तता वाले यि य के िलए सामा य दशािनदश

General guidelines for Persons with Bench mark Disabilities .

1) ीणदृि अ यथ व ऐसे अ यथ िजनक िलखने क गित कसी भी कारणवश थायी प से बुरी तरह भािवत हो चुक
हो वे िन निलिखत सीमा के तहत परी ा के दौरान ाइब का उपयोग कर सकते ह :
The visually impaired candidates and candidates whose writing speed is adversely affected
permanently for any reason can use scribe during the examination, subject to limits as
mentioned below.

a) अ यथ ाइब क सहायता ले सकता है।

The candidate may avail assistance of scribe.
b) अ यथ ारा िलया गया ाइब परी ा का अ यथ नह होना चािहए।
The scribe arranged by the candidate should not be a candidate for the examination.
c) यद या के कसी भी चरण म उपयु त का उ लंघन कया आ पाया जाता है तो दोन अ य थय क परी ा क
उ मीदवारी एवं िलिखत साम ी र क जाएगी।
If violation of the above is detected at any stage of the process, candidature for exam of both
the candidates and the scribed will be cancelled.
d) एक अ यथ हेतु ाइब के प म काय करने वाला यि दूसरे अ यथ के िलए ाइब नह हो सकता।
A person acting as a scribe for one candidate cannot be a scribe for another candidate.
e) ाइब उस पद हेतु िविहत िवधा से िभ न शै िणक िवधा का होना चािहए।
The scribe should be from an academic stream different from the stream prescribed for the
post.
f) अ यथ तथा ाइब, दोन को यह पुि करते ए उपयु त ित ाप देना होगा क ाइब लेखन हेतु उपयु त
उि लिखत अनुब अहता मानद ड को पूरा करता है। इसके अलावा, य द बाद म ात होता है क वह दए गए
पा ता मानद ड को पूरा नह करता/करती है या मह वपूण त य को छु पाया है, तो िलिखत परी ा के प रणाम भले
ही कु छ भी ह , आवेदक क उ मीदवारी र मानी जाएगी।

Both the candidate as well as scribe will have to give a suitable undertaking confirming that
the scribe fulfills all the stipulated eligibility criteria for a scribed as mentioned above.
Further, in case, later it transpires that he/she did not fulfill any laid down eligibility criteria or
suppressed material facts, the candidature of the applicant will stand cancelled, irrespective of
the result of the written examination.
g) ाइब का उपयोग करने वाले अ यथ परी ा के येक घंटे हेतु 20 िमनट या अ यथा सलाह के अनुसार ितपूरक
समय के िलए पा ह गे।
Those candidates using scribe shall be eligible for compensatory time of 20 minutes for every
hour of the examination or as otherwise advised.
2. सभी पीड यूबीडी अ यथ गण को परी ा के येक घंटे हेतु अित र त 20 िमनट या अ यथा सलाह के अनुसार समय अनुमत
होगा।
All the PwBD candidates will be allowed additional time of 20 minutes for every 1 hour of the
examination or as otherwise advised.
3. ीणदृि अ यथ गण (जो कम से कम 40% अश तता से पीि़डत ह ) आव धत ट म परी ा क साम ी देखने का िवक प चुन
सकते ह।
Visually Impaired candidates (who suffer from not less than 40% of disability) may opt to view the
contents of the test in magnified print.

4. परी ा हेतु ाइब क सेवा का उपयोग करने वाले ीणदृि अ य थय को परी ा क आव धत साम ी क सुिवधा उपल ध नह
होगी।
The facility of viewing the contents of the test in magnifying font will not be available to Visually
Impaired candidates who use the services of a Scribe for the examination.
