Notice No.4
 Second Reopening of CET Application form filling link for 08 Higher
Education Professional courses on Institute-Candidate Demand.
 Providing the OTP based Editing Link for already filled in and
submitted CET Applications for 08 Higher Education courses.
1. CET CELL in the Academic Year 2021-2022 had prepared the CET Application
forms In House and launched it on the date as shown in column No 3.
2. The Candidates responded well to the form filling for all courses.
3. The CET Application on line form filling date closed for all courses as is shown in
column No 4.
4. For Two courses CET CELL had given extension to form filling.
5. Many Institutes, Parents, Candidates and Organizations appealed to the CET CELL to
extend/ reopen the form filling dates due to heavy rains and floods in various parts of
the State.
6. Conceding to the demand for extension/reopening of application forms CET CELL
had reopened the CET Application form filling as per the dates shown in column No
6.
7. Some Candidates had requested permission to edit the filled in application form.
Hence CET CELL is making provision for allowing editing the OTP based editing
system restricted to following fields only.

The candidates who have filled in the application and have finally submitted it will
only be able to edit the application form by clicking on the link “I want to Edit my
application” link. Only above mentioned four fields will be editable. On pressing

 the link the candidate will receive the OTP on the Registered Mobile No. only. The
candidate will have to enter the OTP and then only candidate will be able to change
the details as S/He desires from the Four Fields mentioned in the above table. It will
be the responsibility of the candidate to upload/fill in the correct details as desired
and submit the form finally. CET CELL WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
UNSUBMITTED APPLICATIONS.
Candidates who have made mistakes in other fields will not be able to edit the details.
They can edit/correct the other mistake excepting the four mentioned above during
the CAP Process.

8. It is being intimated to all stake holders: Institutes, Parents and Candidates that this is
the last opportunity given by CET CELL to fill in the form, to complete the in
complete forms or finally submit the filled application forms and or make payment as
per the schedule given in Column No. 7 below AND/ OR EDIT THE ALREADY
SUBMITTED APPLICATION FORM.
