SIMPLICITY MADE TO MEASURE
The RF series of straightening machines can straighten and cut
wires up to a length of 12 meters. Their ease of use, sturdiness and
the quality of the finished product makes them a reliable tool.

FLEXIBILITY
The different versions allow to set the production based on specific
needs either for high productivity (RF 10 / RF 20 same length) or
single element (RF 10 / RF 20M different lengths).
Straightening system
FAST CUTTING
The shear is equipped with mechanical
quick release which ensures the rebar
produced to be always within tollerance.
RELIABILITY OVER TIME
Straightening is achieved by using a rotor group
consisting of tungsten-carbide bushings chosen
because of their extreme hardness and strength.
Their position and pitch can be adjusted
according to the diameter and the mechanical
carachteristics of the coil material, guaranteeing
a perfectly straightened product.
There are two rotor speeds for models RF 20 and
RF 20M, variable according to the diameter to be
processed.
STEADY QUALITY
Two infeed units drive properly the wire,
ensuring constant straightening speed
and quality.
The various versions allow to operate with
different speeds depending on the lengths
and the diameters to be produced.
EASE OF USE QUALITY DECOILING

• Decoiler complete with 1 coil-holder with a capacity of 2 t, equipped with a braking

system.

• The operator is able to control all machine operations using the control panel.
The Multiprogram version allows to manage a list of up to 20 positions, with • Triple decoiler complete with 3 coil-holders with a total capacity of 6 t, equipped
different quantities and lengths of rebar. with a braking system. (OPTIONAL)

OUTFEED CHANNEL

• Guiding support with a mechanical end-stop, for the manual regulation of

cutting length. The bars cut to size are collected into a rack.
