Provision of Security Personnel

Sir/ Madam,

This is to inform you that we have been providing Security Services in Navi Mumbai since 2000
in various sectors e.g. Residential/Commercial complexes, factories School / Colleges Banks etc.
Our security personnel are well-trained, well-uniformed, sincere and honest. Services are being
provided as per the terms and conditions enumerated below: -

Terms and Conditions

1. Watch hours of Security Supervisors/Guards is 8/12 hours.

2. Young Security personnel are deployed between age of 21 yrs to 50 yrs.
3. Special instruction for compliance of COVID-19 announced by State /Government of India from time to
time.

4. Security Guards will keep extra vigilance on daily workers e.g. hawkers,
Newspaper distributors, Milkmen, Servants etc.

5. He will drop the electric/telephone bills, if the Competent Authority desires.

6. Assistance /Guidance will be provided to the visitors/Guest post confirmation from the
residents/ member through intercom and entry will be made in visitors’ book.

7. Thorough check of all entered/exit vehicles. Metal Detector check if required.

8. Competent authority of respective societies shall provide details of members/resident of society to Security
personnel.

9. Competent authority of respective societies shall provide orders for compliance by the Security
Supervisors/Guards and the copy of the same be forwarded to Firm’s Head Office.

10. Query/Complaint regarding security personnel, is to be forwarded to our office

 immediately for necessary/corrective action.

11. Our Agency provides security personnel from U.P, Bihar, M.P, Maharashtra, Orissa, etc.

12. Information regarding absent of Guard is to be informed telephonically for immediate replacement.

13. Health related problem of security personnel be intimated to our office as soon as possible.

14. Lending money/other costly items to the security personnel is strictly prohibited.

15. No unauthorizedwork shall be given to the security personnel by members/resident of

the society.

16. Man Handling to security personnel is strictly prohibited for any reason. Matter can be
discussed/ solved by dialogue between competent authority of respective society and
firm only.

17. Any complained regarding change of Guard will be entertained within 48 hrs.

18. Direct Police complained can be lodged on extreme nature of accident/incident

19. Disciplinary action will be initiated against security personnel only after written
complained received from respective competent authority. Verbal complained
will not be entertained.

20. Security books are provided by our Firm to maintain record of watch hours of
security personnel.

21. Insurance cover facility is also provided by our Firm to all security personnel.
22. We are facilitating E.S.I.C to the security personnel.

23. Security Guards are eligible for deduction of P.F (Provident Fund) post joining of 90 days

24. P.S.A.R.A license number of our firm is 254/2015.

25. Training of our security personnel is conducted at SPAARTA TRAINING CENTRE, BELAPUR BY COL.
C.J.RANADE (Retd).

26. Goods & Service Tax 18.00% (9% CGST & 9% SCGST) will be charge extra on total bill.

27. Work Order is to be provided to the agency by the society before the joining.

28. It will be our most sincere endeavor to provide you with our best services to meet your
security requirements for years to come.

Note: Services may be terminated by either party with one-month prior notice.
