Dear Sir,

I'm BOLIANG LIU under signed, as represents of BSD TRADING (M) SDN.BHD the company with
Full Corporate and legal responsibility and authority under penalty of perjury, hereby place this
Corporate Purchase Order (LOI) of herewith.

Named products according to the following terms and conditions:

COMMODITY: CATHODE COPPER

SPECIFICATIONS: 99.97- 99.99%
QUANTITY: 10,000 MTON/ MONTH (1 YEAR CONTRACT)
FIRST TRIAL: 5000 MT
ORIGIN: Zambia
QUOTATION: CIF
DESTINATION PORT: KOREA, JAPAN, CHINA (EAST ASIA)
PRICE: USD6400
INSPECTIONS: SGS/CCIC
PAYMENT TERM: LC/DLC Documentary Letter of Credit MT700, MT705(Irrevocable, Non-
Transferable, and Divisible Open and operational letter of credit.)
Payment by LC MT700 or MT103 for respective shipment at destination port into the seller’s bank
within 72 hours banking days after relevant inspection done by SGS/CCIC at buyer destination
port
PB 2% by Seller to activate MT700

Quality:
The commodity is free from intense chemical corrosive, deleterious and dangerous materials,
radiation and contamination sealed gas cylinders and any other sealed containers and any explosive
materials. No pig iron and electrical motor, severe dirt, oil and garbage.

Important Notes:
Seller to provide products PPOP documents & a video which display our company name on the goods
after Buyer bank issuance MT705.

We understand that any and all offer and/or contracts are subject to successful Seller verification of funds
availability. We hereby give our written permission for the Seller to conduct a soft probe of
our account and that our Bank has been informed to this effect.
This LOI don't use as a contract, all of terms and conditions will be confirmed by the contract that
the buyer and the seller signed finally.

business relation with your factory.
