hereby state and confirm that we are ready, willing and able to purchase the following commodity as per
the specifications and in the quantity for the price as specified in the terms and conditions as stated below
with our available 2 INQUIRIES:

3. DURATIONS: A) 25 Months - B) 37 Months (Possible extension to 60 Months “5 years”)
4. TARGET PRICE: LME Discount NET -25% | Gross -28%
5. ORIGIN: ZAMBIA & CONGO
6. PAYMENT TERMS: LC MT700, or MT760 (SBLC) 100% irrevocable, Non transferable, payment warehouse
destination.
7. DESTINATIONS:: FOB - A) Zambia Steinweg & Bollore bonded warehouses.
- B) Durban or Daar El Salam Steinweg & Bollore bonded warehouses.
8. INSPECTION: SGS/POP prove before finalizing the bank instruments.
