LOI - LETTER OF INTENT

We, MC group 8 s.r.o. hereby state and represent that it is our intention to purchase, and we hereby
confirm that we are ready, willing and able to purchase the following commodity as per the specification
and in the quantity and for the price as specified in the terms and conditions as stated below.

1. Product : Copper Cathodes (Electrolytic Copper) Standard: Grade A.

standard Cu Cathode-1, Cu purity 99.97% minimum

2. Quantity : First Shipment (Trial) and

subsequent quantity of 1500/5000 MT per Month x 12 Months with
roll over and extensions.

3. Price : Unknown LME (on the buyers option)

4. Delivery terms : Incoterms 2016

We only use international warehouses such as Steinweg, Pacorini,

Bollore, Impalaterminals, Manica and so on.

5. Payment terms : Payment shall be made by TT the buyer’s bank to seller’s bank
TT- against documents according - point 6.

6. Documents presented for payment :

Net Cash by TT against presentation of the following documents in original (mentioned below) through
the seller, within 48 hours:

A. Producer Assay certificate (original)

B. Seller’s Invoice (original)
C. Alex Stewart/SGS certificate of inspection for quality and
quantity (original)
D. Certificate of origin (original)
E. Certificate of seller ownership (original)
F. Final, unconditional and irrevocable release from the bonded
warehouse in the name of the buyer confirming cargo is for
the Buyer by bonded warehouse and is free for export, free
from any liens and export duty is paid (original).

7. Procedure : 1. The seller and the buyer sign a contract.
2. The seller have the goods or transports the goods to the
warehouse.
3. The SGS inspection to be conducted in the premises of the
warehouse.
4. Before realization of the payment, the seller Submitted
following documents: A-F
5. After submission of these documents and their verification,
payment to the seller.
