SUBJECT: REQUEST OF MONTHLY LOAD ALLOWANCE FOR PLANT HEADS OF NEW

AREAS MINI GRID ( PALY DPP , BANCALAAN 1 DPP ).

The commercial operation of Paly DPP was started on March 30, 2019 headed by Engr.
Raymond Rabang. On February 18, 2020 Paly DPP was turnover to Engr. Jan Carlo O.
Calingao because Engr. Rabang was transfer at Northern Palawan Sub-Station and 69KV
Transmission Line (NPSSTL) while Bancalaan 1 DPP commercial operation started on
October 27,2019 is under the supervision of Engr. Mark S. Otic, Upon the assumptions of
our duties and responsibilities we are in charge in sending Daily Operation Reports and
other important matters related to Plant Operation of Paly DPP and Bancalaan 1 DPP.

In line with this, we are humbly requesting for Monthly Load Allowance as an aid in
continuously rendering our service for the said Mini Grids.

The commercial operation of Mangsee DPP was started on July 30, 2020 headed by
Engr. Romeo Jake A. Namuco and then turnover to Engr. Victor Virgo on October 2020. On
July 08, 2021 it was turnover to Engr. Ron Cedric B. Garcia. Upon the assumptions of our
duties and responsibilities we are in charge in sending Daily Operation Reports and other
important matters related to Plant Operation of Mangsee DPP.

In line with this, we are humbly requesting for Monthly Load Allowance as an aid in
continuously rendering our service for the said Mini Grids.
