SUBJECT : Reiteration on the Strict Implementation of MPHS and other

IATF Guidelines under Alert Level 2 System

DATE : December 28, 2021

1. Reference: Memorandum from RD, PRO CALABARZON dated December 27,

2021 with same subject as above.

2. This pertains to the 71st JTF CV Shield meeting on December 27, 2021
presided over by PLTGEN ISRAEL EPHRAIM T DICKSON, TDCO/Cornmander, JTF
CV Shield wherein it was discussed that the reproduction number of Metro Manila
increased from _40 to .70 as of December 22, 2021, still below the critical level of 1.4.

3. In this regard, you are directed to ensure the strict implementation of Minimum
Public Health Protocols (MPHS) and other IATF guidelines under Alert Level 2 to stem
the spread of COVID-19 in collaboration with concerned government agencies in your
respective AOR.

4. 4_ Submit report of your actions taken to this Office (Attn: POMU) through email
