knowledge, skills, attitude, and aptitude of individuals by learning and sharing

Dr. Jatin Pancholi is a multi-award winner global academic, researcher, author,


entrepreneur, trainer, consultant, and organization-human leader.

He works as a faculty member at the world’s top 0.3% ranking university, University
of Southampton, England, United Kingdom, and teaches Accounting & Finance for
MBA & PhD Programme. He possesses more than two decades of international rich
experience and expertise in helping corporate, entrepreneurs, governments,
universities, social services organizations, and individuals of 50+ countries, to:
(1) reduce their costs, increase incomes, increase profits.
(2) develop their business, expand customer base, enhance brands.

Who can apply for IIVP Internship?

Individuals who are ambitious and keen to develop their knowledge, skills, attitude, aptitude, and
career potential, may apply. Candidates with or without any work experience are welcome.
Students are also welcomed to apply.

4) This programme is on Working From Anywhere (WFA) basis with flexibility of full-time / part-
time, duration of number of months, number of days in a week, and number of hours in a day.
No need to travel. The exact timings will be decided based on the mutual availability and your
schedule.

6) Holidays and breaks during the time of any unavoidable social commitments or exams.
7) Certificate of experience is provided upon completion.

Fee:

Important: For a limited-time period, IIVP is offering 100% Scholarship now and there is no
application fee, no administration fee, no internship training fee, or any other type of hidden
charges to be paid by the Interns. Generally, the following fee is paid by the Interns:

• The application form fee is usually £10 for one-time and is non-refundable.

• The administration fee is usually £20 per month.

• The Internship training fee is usually £350 per month.

Note: There will be no fee charged from the Interns for this cohort.

Guidelines and Requirements:

The following are the guidelines and requirements for the IIVP Internship:

1) The options for the duration of the Internship are:


• 18 months
• 12 months (highly recommended)
• 9 months
• 6 months
• 3 months

2) The number of days per week and the number of hours per day are to be filled by the applicant
in the Application Form as per their preference. Generally, the majority of the applicants select
4 to 6 days per week. The applicants choosing for full-time, select 8 to 9 hours per day, and the
applicants choosing for part-time, select 3 to 4.5 hour per day. Obviously, more the input in
terms of effort and time, better is the output in terms of experience and expertise. The details of
the duration and timings are also written in the Certificate that is provided at the end of the IIVP
Programme.

3) The candidates preferably should have knowledge of Microsoft (or equivalent) Word, Excel,
PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet, Email, Social Media like LinkedIn, Facebook, WhatsApp, Skype,
TeamViewer, etc. and other new emerging software. There will be sufficient training and
guidance provided to those candidates who do not have necessary knowledge and skills of any
of these software and websites.

4) The candidates must be comfortable with English language and any one other local language.

5) The candidates must have their own Desktop computer / Laptop / Tablet with good quality
software and hardware including RAM, hard disc, web-camera, headphone with microphone
and a reasonably good quality of internet connect.

6) The candidates must have a stable electricity and internet network where they are working.
Interns must have high quality, high speed, excellent bandwidth internet. Consistent
interruptions, disconnections may lead to termination of Internship from immediate effect.

7) The candidates must be hardworking, trustworthy, and punctual for deadlines and must be able
complete the given project work on time. They will be expected to do day to day reporting by
Emails / Skype / WhatsApp / any other medium, as necessary.

8) The candidates must be willing to listen, learn, undertake self-learning by watching training
videos, reading the documents, and practising on their own.

9) Working From Anywhere (WFA) requires a high level of self-discipline and focus without any
supervision. There will be no one to monitor the progress, and hence it is extremely important
for the candidates to take initiatives, be a self-starter, bring new ideas and innovations, create
new projects on own, undertake self-learning, work towards team’s goals, and complete the
tasks prior to the deadline.

10) IIVP is not suitable for someone who needs constant reminders and pushing to progress and
get the project completed. IIVP is also not suitable for individuals who are only looking for
Certificate without any efforts and initiatives.

11) There are no holidays or leaves during the IIVP Programme. Exceptionally, some days’ leaves
can be granted for any unavoidable social commitments. The individuals who have any
scheduled Exams, will be granted for study leaves for a few days prior and during the exams.
Any individuals taking unnecessary holidays / leaves consistently, will be terminated from the
IIVP with immediate effect.

12) In some instances, the candidates may be required to work in a diverse team of multicultural
individuals. Hence, it is vital to understand appreciate different cultures, working styles, and
mannerisms.

13) All the candidates will be required to adhere to the rules and regulations of the programme. Any
Interns not adhering to rules and regulations will be terminated from IIVP with immediate effect.

Application & Selection Process:

Stage-1: Application Form: Carefully study the IIVP Video, Poster, and Brochure on the below
webpage and submit the online IIVP Application Form:

All the candidates are informed by email within 48 hours of their submission of Application Form,
whether they are shortlisted and invited for the Stage-2 Video Interview or not.

Stage-2: Video Interview: Live Skype / Zoom Video Interview will be taken only for the shortlisted
candidates based on the Application Form.

All the candidates who appear in the Stage-2 Video Interview are informed by email within 48
hours of their video interview, whether they are shortlisted and invited for the Stage-3 Qualifying
Tasks or not.

Stage-3: Qualifying Tasks: The candidates who reach up to this stage must complete and submit
the Qualifying Tasks within 48 hours.

All the candidates who complete and submit the qualifying tasks are informed by email within 48
hours, whether they are finally selected for IIVP Internship or not.

Note: The IIVP Committee takes the decision on final selection based on the performance in
Stage-3 Qualifying Tasks.
