with latest next generation networking technology equipment that is capable of offering up to 10 Gbps of internet
bandwidth connected to redundant upstream link and each with physically redundant links. We take pride on
our gigabit backbone network which is connecting our 74 POPs on full MPLS architecture with underground
fiber optic cables.

With the above, we are certain to provide our clients the best network connectivity anywhere in the country. It

This proposal is being submitted to the Client by Race Online Limited on the understanding that the contents of this
document will not be divulged to any third party without the express written consent of Race Online Limited. It is also
understood that Race Online Limited. Will not disclose any confidential information about the Client that it may have
access to in the course of executing the project described in this proposal

Internet Connectivity Solution

Our Corporate Class connectivity Solution is ideally built for the demands of benefit from its advantages and features which
are as follows:

Similar to our diversified core & access local network, we have built a state of the earth diversified international gateway,
the gateway server hosted at equinox operated by RACE offers premium data and internet services with high availability
and quality of service, our International Gateway setup is built through multiple international peering with Tier-1 careers,
using fully redundant connectivity over diversified Submarine and Terrestrial Fiber Optic System.

Terms & Conditions of Internet Service:

SLA: A separate service level agreement (SLA) must be signed between The Client and Race Online Limited for a
period of minimum 1 (One) year subject to satisfactory service.

Legal use of Internet/Data:

Clients shall not have any misuse or illegal usage like VOIP & so on, of the Bandwidth which will be provided by the
Race Online. Client shall be agreed with new rules & regulation which will be imposed by BTRC time to time.

Responsibility: Client will be responsible if the provided equipment become “Out of Order” because of physical damage
or “Power Supply” issue (Over flow / down flow of electricity).

Payment method:
All the prices is excluding all kind of VAT & TAX.
All payments to be made in Bangladesh Taka through crossed cheques in favor of “Race Online limited”.

Termination of service:
In case of termination:
One month written notice has to be issued by the client prior to termination of contract or down gradation of the
Bandwidth.

“Race Online Limited” will have the right to discontinue the service in case service payment becomes overdue by 30-
days.
Up gradation of Bandwidth:

Up Gradation: There will be no one time charge for upgrading bandwidth. In such case, customer will need to notify in
written at any time before the required date.

Down Gradation: One month written notice has to be issued by the client prior to down gradation of the Bandwidth.

Validity of Proposal: This proposal is valid for 30 days from the date of submission.
