Power & Water Supply

1. Client shall supply electricity at site for operating various electrical equipment like

lights, water pump etc.

Payment shall be done in phases in form of Mobilisation Advance, running account bill and
full & final bill. All payment shall be cleared withing in 5 days of raising a measurement

Project time & Completion

Service Warranty
All the services imparted by the contractor comes under service warranty of 5 Years starting
from the date of handover. We are hereby not liable for any damage or works did by any third
party service team during or after the project work. Services warranty covers structural
Cracks, plaster hairline cracks, any type of waterproofing issues in the structure. Services
warranty stands void in case structural drawings approved

Validity of this Offer


Our offer price is valid for 30 Days only from the date of offer. Post validity period new
rates shall be applicable as decided.

General Terms & Conditions

2. That in consideration of the payment by the owners to the contractor as per rate accepted by the
contractor as herein after mentioned, the contractor hereby covenants

4. The contractor shall repair defects, shrinkage cracks or other faults that may appear in the work

5. Both the parties agree by mutual consent that any dispute relating to this agreement is barred from
arbitration. All problems shall be mutually and the decision of owners shall be final and binding
on the contractor.
6. In the event of any dispute that may arise out of this assessment the competent courts situated
at Bhubaneswar shall have the authority to decide ad dispose of such dispute/ litigation between
parties hereto.
7. The measurement should be as per item wise billing only.
8. Any hindrances of payment made as per schedule by the party during execution or completion of the
portion of the work. The work will be stopped until fulfillment of the condition made in the mode
of payment.
9. Increase work program deviatee due to natural calamities and any other disturbances by miscreants
or scarcity of material or labour strike.
10. In case the work delayed due to non payment of the bill in time the contractor will not be responsible.

12. The owners of the property have to be provided with electricity supply to the construction side sid
during the execution of the work at their own cost.
13. Payment will be made by cheque/ Cash as per work in progress and no escalation of price within the
construction period.
14. Boundary

Designs, Landscaping works, Plinth Protection across boundary, backfilling outside built up area,
backfilling above specified Limit, Front elevations (Deviations from standard Architectural
Elevation) and any other installation not mentioned in i the list, , are excluded from our scope of
work.
15. Any Construction services offer promoted under the brand of Builtify.in are liable for escalation
in the below mentioned conditions:
 Abnormal price escalation (More than 1%) in the mid of project Execution o or
r just after signing
of contract due to any political reforms or Natural Catastrophe beyond the control of the
Contractor. This condition is applicable for the likes of Raw Materials, transit Cost, Any
Taxes Applicable, Petrol/ Diesel etc.
 In case the Location

to the site is not accessible by a minimum 5 MT Load Capacity Vehicles. In that case, extra
0.5% shall be charged extra on the selected package.

the work site then 0.5% is shall be charged extra on the selected package.
