Subject: Request for transfer to Ramagundam Fertilizers & Chemicals Ltd.

Respected Sir,

With due respect, it is submitted that I am working as Asst. Manager in Technical Services department at
Vijaipur Unit. I joined National Fertilizers Limited as Management Trainee in the year 2016. However, my
family circumstances compel me to make a request for transfer to Ramagundam Fertilizers & Chemicals
Ltd located at Ramagundam that is very near to my native place i.e. Warangal.

Few days back my brother passed away due to COVID-19 at an age of 31 years and left his two small
daughters and wife behind him. He was sole earner of his family and after his death, nobody is there to
take care of them. In my family, there are my old father, mother, wife, two daughters and one brother
who is Deaf & Dumb since birth. Earlier, my late brother use to take care of my family in case of any
problem or medical emergency. Therefore, I could serve Vijaipur unit of National Fertilizers Limited
without any worry or tension.

After his death, the whole responsibility of my family has come upon my shoulders including his wife
and his two daughters. In case of any problem or medical emergency, it is almost impossible for me to
reach my native place within time as it takes more than 30 hours from here to reach there owing to long
distance. Under present circumstances, It is impossible for me to have peace of mind while living and
working in Vijaipur unit due to family concern and responsibilities.

In view of the facts mentioned above, I humbly request you to kindly consider my application of transfer
to RFCL, Ramagundam so that I can take care of my family as well as my late brother’s family and serve
the company with peace of mind.

I shall be highly grateful to you for the same.
