Well, for that role, for me Khánh is a reasonable choice.

First I think we
should figure out what a marketing executive do. As a marketing executive
you may use a number of different techniques and channels to create and
deliver a marketing campaign. Their day-to-day job responsibilities can
include :
 Overseeing and developing marketing campaigns
 Creating audience awareness about the brand;
 Effectively managing events, press relationships, editorial requests,
presentations, promotional materials and online activities by
delegating tasks to the external agencies.

For the responsibilities, to be a good marketing executive you’ll need to be

a creative thinker and have some excellent skills such as:
• analytical skills to evaluate marketing campaigns
• a flexible approach to work
• the ability to work well under pressure
• good teamwork and the ability to foster good working relationships
• skills in IT and social media

Khanh has all of those skills and she’s strategic, knows how to convince
others and has a bit of fun, so that she always leaves a good impression on
everyone she has met. Besides, she is the only one of us having a
bachelor degree in marketing, she had been a marketing assistant for a
year before she joined us. With what I just said, I believe this position is
suitable for Khanh
