area of provision of goods,
services and solutions
in the field of information
and communication
technologies. Our rapid
development in the first
decade was boosted by
producing our own brand
of personal computers and
systematically building
up an extensive sales
and servicing network in
the Czech Republic and
Slovakia. In the second
decade of its existence,
AutoCont focused on
setting up specialized
divisions and over time
joined the ranks of the
most distinguished
companies in the area of
extensive and complex ICT
projects. Systematic and
long-term building up of
specialized skills, careful
observance of customers’
needs and, last but not
least, the company’s
sophisticated internal
organization have all
contributed to the fact that
at the present time

AC Customers
AutoCont pays great attention
to working with individual
customer segments. The ICT
needs of particular customer
groups differ, as do the
implementation and operating
procedures. Hence, AutoCont
has been adapting its internal
structure to this very carefully.
At the present time, AutoCont
entirely focuses on customers
from the ranks of companies
and organizations. AutoCont’s
position is traditionally strong
when it comes to medium-
sized commercial firms and
in the segment of large
companies, finance
institutions and public
administration.
AutoCont has recently also
developed activities focused
on centralized sales for
small companies and
organizations.
In all these segments,
AutoCont strives to establish
long-term relations based on a
high level of mutual confidence.
AC Offer
is focused in
5 main directions:
Structure AC
IT Infrastructure
The ITI division, employing 350 people, is
AutoCont’s largest division. The subject of its
activity is provision of specialized and professional ser-
vices pertaining to the entire lifecycle of IT infrastructure.
This encompasses delivering IT equipment and tech-
nologies, proposing and implementing infrastructure
solutions, and managing and supporting the subse-
quent operation. The result of the activity is provision of
a stable, safe and user-friendly environment on servers,
client stations and mobile devices. The ITI division is able
to fulfill all these tasks primarily owing to its extensive
sales network, made up of 8 regional sales centres and
8 specialized professional centres.
Outsourcing
The ITSM (Information Technologies Service
Management) division focuses on provision
of services pertaining to operation of information
systems at large customers’. The core of the services
offered lies in carrying out management and mainte-
nance of the customer’s information system or part
thereof. The highest level of the provided services is
in the form of complete outsourcing of the informa-
tion system’s operation, including taking over the
property and staff.
Business Applications and Services
The pivotal activities of the PAS division include
implementation, support and development
of business applications. This involves interconnected
information systems consisting of applications for
economics, planning and resource management (ERP),
as well as information systems for collective cooperation,
the organisation of work and communication and
the managerial information systems. The core of the
information system is MS Dynamics AX or Microsoft
Dynamics NAV supplemented with a solution based
on the MS SharePoint, MS Project and Project Server
applications and the series of tools for Business
Intelligence – MS SQL Server R2, MS Office 2010 and
MS SharePoint 2010.
Enterprise Business Applications
The EBA division concentrates on Enterprise
Content Management (ECM) and solutions
on the SAP platform. Thanks to its focus on
solutions based on SAP, IBM FileNet P8, Kofax or
Adobe, its customers are mainly corporations and
public administration organizations. Moreover, the
division also provides services to a number of other
companies with specific requirements for solutions
in the ERP area, management and circulation of
records, including their scanning, support for work
with forms, as well as support for internal and
customer processes.
Software Development
The division provides comprehensive
services pertaining to tailor-made software
development. It affords many companies and
organizations a competitive advantage through
solutions tailor made for specific clients and solutions
with a high added value that they cannot obtain by
purchasing standard products.
