Section 3: Form Guideline

This form is divided into 3 parts that compulsory to be fulfill by both parties, kindly refer to guideline below for further clarification:

Trainee
You are required to state the date of the training day and sign it. Please do not write or sign any column if the training is not yet conducted
Trainer
Evaluate the trainee based on the criteria and SOP provided. You are required to state the date and sign for every successful training conducted
Discipline
Ensure at all time during training conducted both trainer and trainee to maintain professional ethics at workplace.

1. RECEIVING
1.1 Unload and load carton receive
To Receive stock and follow safety
Guideline.
1.2 Count and verify Carton Receive
Step 1: Receive Consignment Note (CN).
Step 2: Check CN invoice (IB) number tally
with actual IB received.
Step 3: Count carton receive as per written
in CN.
Step 4: Accept transit invoice receive as per
written in CN which been verify.
1.3 Item receive, checking and splitting
Step 5: Fill in record Receiving & update

Step 6: Open the carton and scan each
SKU receive with Zebex scanner
and press number 1.
1.4 Send the receiving file to headquarters

2. DELIVERY
2.1 Returning extra stock
