Project1: AT&T Mobility Testing-OPUS


Client: AT&T, US
Duration: 1 year

Roles & Responsibilities:

 Perform Verification and Validation. Perform functional testing.


 Extensively involved in Writing Test cases from Requirement Documents, Writing test
steps, Uploading Test cases to QC, Executing Test cases for Functional and Regression
Testing.
 Coordinating with other teams based in US and India for solving project issues.
 Performing Integrated Systems Testing, Functional Testing, Regression Testing, Sanity and
Smoke Testing.
 Met client expectation of finishing Business Critical projects on time and received
appreciations on various critical projects on their successful Deployment.
 Working with various teams to deploy the projects successfully on time.

Description: PDC is an abbreviation of “Point of sale Dot Com”. It is a web based


application which is used by the sales representatives to sell AT&T’s Wireless and Wireline
services to customers who walk-in to the stores. PDC is used to sell connections to
customers new to AT&T and as well as provide customer services like Equipment/Plan
Upgrades to the existing AT&T customers.

PDC supports consumer customers, who are normal residential users and also business
customers (also referred as corporate customers) for whom the contracts and plan
offerings are usually different than what it is for consumer customers.

PDC is a third party application as it is used in retail stores which are not owned by AT&T,
but are allowed to sell AT&T’s services throughout USA. It is directly controlled by AT&T as
to what dealer can sell what products & Services. The other major application with mostly
similar functionality is OPUS which is used in AT&T owned stores.

Project3: Service Assurance


Client: AT&T, US
Duration: 1.5 year

Roles & Responsibilities:

 Coordinates testing of new tools.


 Participates in documenting processes, DLPs related to new tools / services.
 Analysis on which AT&T circuit or router is down and for how much time by using AT&T
tools.
 Analysis on all AT&T outages to avoid having negative impact on individual customers or
overall center results for AT&T.
 Work with Global Billers of AT&T and provide them the information that which customer
is eligible for how much feature charges due to AT&T failure.
 Coordinating with other team based in US for ISOM Testing.
 Use of different tools and software packages for basic reporting issues in database.
 Knowledge and working on below mentioned tools those are used for reporting and
testing purposes for AT&T:

3. ISOM (Integrated SLA offer Management)
