Important Pointers

1. Traditional mode of dispatching the question papers is available.

2. Answer key will be available at 1:30 pm on the day of examination.

3.Only correct Number of answers to be uploaded on the website.

4. Evaluator can be of any subject.

5. 12 candidates in one room.

6. question paper will three different languages English, Hindi and Punjabi. Take the print out your
desired language.

7. Save printing time by printing only one side of A4 size sheet.

8. Presence of observer must printing/receiving of question paper.

9. Mock sample exam from 15 Nov.

10. Printing room to be exclusive in terms of Entry Exit as it contains confidential documents.

11. Printing room will be opened / closed in the presence of CS and observer.

12. Observer to be picked by City Coordinator from OASIS database.

13. Provision of CCTV in printing room.

14. Printing room should have sealed windows.

15. Doors of printing room should have provision of lock both from inside and outside.

16. Live telecast of the printing room CCTV should not be visible anywhere.

17. Repacking of bags after taking delivery in traditional mod.

19. Dispatch of OMR sheets

• Postal services to be used.

• Inform post office in advance
• Recipt to be uploaded on the link
• OMR to be dispatched on the same day of exam

20. Seating Plan

• Only 12 candidates in a room

• All candidates t face in same direction
• Seats used previous day will not be used next day

21. Packing of OMR

• OMR s will be packed between 2 Pulp board in a polythene bag

• Cloth parcel to be made and sealed
• Blue cloth for x class
• Pink cloth for XII class
• Use again water proof Jacket to pack the cloth parcel

22. Rates and Payment

• All Rates are normative

• Rates have been fixed for all new work
• Few rates are increased
• Payment after exam through IPS

23 Please ensure

• Near relation appearing in exam should not be involved in exam work

• If need be, work of other class in which relation is not appearing may be given incase of dier
need
