WD CREATION

1. Sales hierarchy:

Need to create the sales hierarchy which is not exists in our DMS.

Admin login -->Select Configuration module -->select Sales hierarchy level values --> Create
new

Select the level name AM/ASM/SM/RSDM/RSM/NSM.

Provide corresponding Name

Reporting level should be the next level of given Level Name*.

Reporting to is the name of reporting Level which has been selected.

2. Geo Hierarchy:

If any new geo has to be created, please provide the details to support team. We have
option to create through front-end but the client don’t want the auto generated code so
until get permanent solution we do it from back-end.
3. Create a new WD in Admin Login.

a) WD :

Need to give WD Code:

Format: 24000345400 special characters are not allowed.

WD NAME:

Provide name for the distributor.

WD Type:

Distributor

WD System Type: DMS OR ADES

Supplier:

Map the supplier for the respective distributor.

WD Discount: After Tax OR Before Tax

Discount Based on: Amount OR Percentage

Optional:
 b) WD Contact Details:

WD Type will generate automatically

Channel:

Specialization:
 Select Distributor Code, Branch Code ,Branch Name from WD_DMS.xls file.

 BranchCode is same as DistributorCode.

 CFA Town and frequency should be CFA Town.

 Select Operational Unit from DMS_TEMP.xls file:

 Select Address from DMS_TEMP.xls file:

 Select Country as INDIA:

 Select State , City from DMS_TEMP.xls file:

Based on the State we need to select 500 level of geo code corresponding to the
state code.

 Select the geoName from GEOHIERVALUE_DMS.xls file :

 Now the parent code is shown above as blue for the geocode 0322000

Now the parent code related geoname is showing here as blue in color so finally we
need to select the 500 level of geoname in city column.
  Postal code should be in 6 character

 Provide the Phone number , Name , Email as per the WD.

 Provide the closure days, Dispatch Frequency as per the WD.

Sales and Geo Mapping:

 Sales Hierarchy Level : should be Assistant Manager
 Sales Hierarchy Value:
 Need to select 600 level of sales code from WD_DMS.xls to the corresponding
distributor.

 Then map that salesforcecode ‘111078’ in SALESHIERVALUE_DMS.xls

 Need to select the corresponding name which u provided for the 600 level of sales
hierarchy.
 Geo hierarchy level : Should be Town
 Geo hierarchy Value :

 Need to select 600 level of geo code from WD_DMS.xls to the corresponding
distributor.

 Then map that geo code ‘0322000’ in GEOHIERVALUE_DMS.xls

 Need to select the corresponding name which u provided for the 600 level of geo
hierarchy.
GST Mapping:

Above details are mandatory for the WD.

2. Profile Creation:

After the new WD creation need to create the new profile for the ASM and SM. Which
is not exists.

Steps:

Admin Login --> select Configuration module -->select User Profile screen
 -->Create new Login id and password for the ASM and SM.

Mandatory fields to be *

Select the level ASM OR SM and provide the corresponding details .

Sales Hierarchy Level : ASM /SM

Sales Hierarchy Values : Need to give correct name of 500 level with the corresponding
ASM/SM .

Select the 500 level of sales hierarchy name in SALESHIERVALUE_DMS.xls

I have shown RED in color is the 500 level of sales force code which is corresponding to the
600 level’s parent code. Need to select that name in sales hierarchy values.
4. Distributor Site Codes :

We have restricted to create the distributor site codes so please provide the details for this
to support team after the new WD creation happened through front-end. We will create it
through back-end.
