findings to Theatre Washington.
Initiatives while at Arena Stage Include: Dramatically raising income goals, consistently meeting/exceeding
income goals, expanding programming through new partnerships throughout Washington DC metro area,
designing curriculum/programming, cultivating partnerships and implementing international curriculum
articulated through programming in Kolkata India, New Delhi India, Putna India, Hyderabad India,
Mumbai India, Chennai India, Kiev Ukraine, Zagreb Croatia, and Lima Peru.

Responsible for cultivating relationships with arts organizations and social-service oriented non-profits
throughout the DC Metro Area identifying opportunities for collaboration in programming and presentation.
Initiatives while with the Hegira Include: producing two of the most financially successful seasons, developing
and launching tour of Paige in Full: a one-woman show by DC artist Paige Hernandez, earning the Hegira
its first Helen Hays Recommendation for In the Blood.
