How to co-brand a marketing asset

Learn how to co-brand a PDF in the Rapid7 Partner Portal

Some of our assets can be co-branded so that you can add your logo to the PDF. This document will
outline the steps on how to accomplish this.

Step 1

Visit the Partner Portal and choose a PDF that you would like to co-brand
with your logo. Ensure the PDF has the ‘stamp’ icon shown - this means the
asset is able to be co-branded.

Step 2

When you click on the ‘stamp’ icon from the PDF in the Asset Library, the Editor View of the PDF
will show on the screen.

Step 3

In Editor View, on the PDF, find the ‘ blue box’ - this is where you will place your logo. If there is
another box for contact details, you can add those also.

Step 4

Click inside the ‘blue box’ and a Custom Upload pop-up will appear. Click on "Custom Upload" to
choose your logo from your files.

When you click on Custom Upload, you will be able to choose

from your saved files the image you wish to upload. Double-click
the image from your files and the image will automatically be
added within the blue dotted outline.

For best results, use an image with a resolution of at least

300dpi, and use an image that is close to the size of the space
provided for the image in the asset.

Step 6

Position your logo in the blue box. Your logo location will be limited by the parameters of the blue
dotted line. If you go over the dotted line, you will cut your logo off -- so be sure to stay within the
guidelines

Step 7

Preview; Save; Download your set of

social images.

Preview - Click this to see how your logo

looks on the image; continue to adjust as
necessary.

Save - Save your custom branding for future use. Be sure to call it something you recognize.

Download - Now you can download the set and save to your files. You're done!
