People do not need to buy multiple Hard Drives because of their large storage
capacity. The two company keep on producing and sell it at lower price. The losses in
production cost is much higher than their revenue.
3. How might the price war for removable hard drives have been avoided?
Since U-Corps is the first company to sells hard drives, the company must
sustain its value as the first company. U-corp should build its own value to its customers
and they should not be minding the competition instead. We all know that people tend to
try new products in the market to test and if they find your value as the producers, they
will definitely still buy on you.

a. What are the key product features or qualities that define the Method
brand of household cleaning products?
The value accrues to customers who purchase their products is the effectiveness
and quality of each product, even one drop of it can clean effectively and can wash
away dirt. If the customers purchase product, they can use it on long period of time and
the owner will assure its quality.
Method is a luxury brand. Their Products is made from natural raw materials and
it is not made through chemicals. As we all know that the resources of natural raw
materials are seasonal and limited so they will import raw materials from other country
to sustain the production. It is very costly so that they need to increase the price, but the
company assures its quality and effectiveness.
