On 12-Oct-2021 the following activities carried out along with M/S BH RE

T3 sensor A&B (GG top) removed and inspected found sensor cable outer sheath is in damaged
condition.
T3 sensor C&D (GG Bottom) removed and Inspected found sensor okay the same T3 C&D Sensor
installed into the Sensor A&B location.
On 22.Sep-2021 unit started it was observed the sensor A is reading 20deg C higher than sensor B.
After acquisition loop tightening and cleaning on 23.10.2021 it was observed the sensor A is reading
20deg C higher than sensor B
On 12.Oct-2021 sensor T3-B1/T3-B2 installed in T3A1/A2 and T3-B1/T3-B2 replaced with New
spare and
on 27.OCT-2021 it was observed the sensor A is reading 23deg C higher than sensor B
On 12-Nov-2021 swapped the T3 sensor cable near the sensor and on 09-Dec-2021-unit fire started
and observed that the T3 sensor B is reading higher than sensor A around 23degC which is reversed to
previous observation.

5-During last MFL Pig run between CS09-10, 4 nos. magnetic flux Inspection Brushes got
detached from Pig body ,3 brushes received along with Pig body and 1 nos. was not found
after receiving Pig. Presently the MFL Pig has been sent for inspection. In case of data with
remaining brushes are satisfactory , Cleaning Pig will be re-run for removal of 4 th MFL Pig
Inspection brush, if analysis data is not satisfactory, MFL Pig will be re-run in CS09-10 section
. 4th Pig run between CS09-10 is planned on or after 27th Dec due to ROSEN manpower
unavailablity. **Informed by SH BM in discussion with Integrity team.
