GTC C Suction strainer DP went maximum up to 0.51 barg during fire start preservation on 01st
Nov. Pneumatic tools for opening of its suction strainer are not in good condition and sent to
Mumbai for repair. They have obtained alternate set of tools from CS08 / 04 for this job but not
used since last 06 months. Today they will check these tools and other preparatory activities like
grating removal are being done. Tomorrow, its strainer cleaning and GTC B fire start planned.

2-CS10B GTC C SPREAD high related checking undertaken. CO2 system kept isolated for the
same.
CS02 station F&G quarterly PM of FM200 FRP panel Smoke detectors job is postponed, all the
systems normalised.

3-CS03 FMV replacement work in progress. Fire fighting CO2 inhibited regarding same work.
Also, alarm received in SCADA. FG METERING VLV (INNER, PILOT MANIFOLD) Replacement with
new one - permit issued. CS03 GTC-C FMV-O power supply isolated at 17:58 Hrs. Already permit
taken cabling job. Tomorrow FMV-P/I replacement planned. Already FMV-O valve replacement
previously completed.
4-M&R43: Moisture content (AI-3104) observed to be on increasing trend since 07:00 A.M (from
44 kg/ mmscm) and reached 65 kg/mmscm by 11:0 A.M. Informed the same to Mallavaram SIC to
take necessary action. Value got reduced to below 60 kg/mmscm from 11:30 A/M onwards.

5-ROU issue Ref No.- CS04 125708112021 Caller is having plots near ROU and wants ROU details.
Informed to Mr. Satyanaryana from CS04.

7- M&R-51: Joint calibration completed by 16:45 Hrs. Both USM Stream-01 & 02 PT/TT
calibration done and finally stream-01 kept in line with regulating skid Stream-01 setting at 44
barg and Stream-02 at 42 barg.
8- CS10A GTC-A & GTC-B AOP Preservation run completed today.
9- MLV-21 Functional testing of 48”- and 16”-line job Completed.

10- In CS-05 125 KVA GEG-4 upgradation job Completed and performed following activities for
125KVA GEG-4

a-125KVA GEG-4 tappet setting checked for intake (11 Tou) and exhaust (23 Tou) as per engine
name plate and observed some variation in tappet settings as compared in OEM manual

b-tappet setting adjusted for Intake (16 Tou) and exhaust (29 Tou) , Engine No load trail taken
and found Intake manifold vacuum reached to 12 Inch/hg (as previous it is 9 In/Hg)

c-Blow by Test kit Connected to Engine and Found 0 water level.

d-After ensuring no load parameters, machine taken into service and loaded upto 75KW,
Parameters are normal.

At 75KW Engine Parameters are Voltage:412V, Amps:139, Engine RPM:1532, Lube oil
Pressure:52.05PSI, Jacket water Temp:77.53*C, Gas Pressure:31mbar.Exhaust temp:560 degree C,
intake manifold vacuum found 2 Inch/hg.

GEG-4 Machine Kept Under Observation on loading, 125KVA GEG-5 kept as standby & 600KVA
DEG as Emergency Standby
 11- MLV-35 : TIT-001 & TIT-002 kept in manual at 15:52 Hrs. for calibration work. TIT-001 Sensor
issue suspected. Today work could not be completed and same planned tomorrow as per Mr.Arth
Shah. Low value trimming shall be done in sensor as per him. Both TITs value kept in real time as
17:50 Hrs.
