1) Note that the minimum system requirements for Customer Premise Equipment (CPE), eg. Optical Network Terminal (ONT) and Access Point Router (AP) may vary.
Please check with your respective vendor or manufacturer.
2) SingNet will not be held responsible for any connection issues & disruptions arising from users’ computers not being compatible or meeting the minimum system
requirements of their Access Point Router.
3) A Site Survey will be conducted for all SingNet eVolve Broadband sign-up.
4) For standard installation: Under normal circumstances, this Service will be activated within 14 working days from the completion of the Site Survey. However, subject
to the existing Fibre coverage, it may take about 1 month or longer for the service to be activated.
5) For Remote Location Scheme: Under normal circumstances, this Service will be activated within 80 working days from the completion of the Site Survey.
However, subject to approving process from relevant authorities, it may require a longer lead time for the service to be activated

1) SingNet Broadband Content Filtering and Broadband Protect is not applicable for 1Gbps Dynamic IP and all Static IP plans.

1) To be eligible for Broadband Plus service, you must have a valid subscription to a main eligible broadband plan. The service must be installed at the same service

2) In the event, if you perform a relocation of Services, both the main broadband plan and the Broadband Plus service must be relocated at the same time.
3) The Broadband Plus plan is applicable for addresses with Singtel Fibre and via the same Fibre Termination Point (FTP); subject to resource availability.

be made from time to time) which shall form the terms and conditions of the Agreement between SingNet and us in relation to the provision of the Services upon SingNet’s
acceptance of this application via its confirmation of the Service Activation Date: -

including any amendments Singtel may make from time to time to those terms and conditions
I/We acknowledge and agree that certain Services bundled in together may be provided by other members of the Singtel Group of Companies and that by signing the
SRCA form, I/We agree that a separate contract with such Singtel Group Company providing the relevant Service shall come into existence and the terms thereof shall
include no less than the General Terms and the Specific Terms and Conditions pertaining to the relevant Service (as may be amended hereunder). I/We further
acknowledge and agree that SingNet is fully authorised by the relevant Singtel Group Company to enter into the aforesaid separate contract on behalf thereof;

and understand *I/we may withdraw such consent in the procedure as prescribed by SingNet or Singtel from time to time.
