ANNEX A: PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Promotions is valid till 218 February 2022 or while stocks last, and applies to business-registered customers.
2 Minimum contractual period of 24 months. Early termination and downgrading charges apply.
3 One-time charge applies to all offers unless otherwise stated.
4 Promotional subscription will be applicable throughout the contractual period and will revert to prevailing list price upon contract expiry.
5 Premium where applicable is subject to ONE per broadband signups. Redemption of premium will be arranged within 14 working days after the service is activated. The premium is not
exchangeable for cash. In the event of cancellation of subscriptions and the premium has been collected, the full retail price of the premium will be charged. SingNet reserves the right to
change the premium to another item without prior notice. Fibre broadband service has to be activated within 2 months from date of submission to be eligible for the premium.
6 You agree, consent to and authorise us to collect, use and disclose any information or data relating to your company or any identification or other information of any individuals acting for or
authorised by your company for the purposes of this Promotion, including without limitation disclosure of any such information to any vendors appointed for the purpose of delivering any
premium that is part of this promotion.
7 The SingNet broadband service shall be activated within 1 month of order submission. For cases where the lead time for fibre resource is 30 working days and above, service activation date
must not be later than 2 months from order submission.
8 Cancellation charge ($500 before GST) will be applicable if customer cancels the eVolve broadband order before service activation date.
9 Early Termination Fee - If the customer terminates the SingNet eVolve Service contract before the expiry of the contract period as stated in the application form, a termination fee of 100%
of the monthly charges for the remainder months of the contract shall be chargeable to the customer. In addition, there is a one-time termination fee of $500 ($535 with GST) if the
Customer Agreement is terminated by the Customer and the Customer requests the removal of the fibre and equipment from the Service Address.
10 Customers who wish to upgrade their existing bandwidth during the contract term and require a change of router to another router provided by Singtel shall be charged a one-time charge
of $374.50 ($350 before GST) and sign up for a new contract term of at least 1 year.
11 Security Pack Add-on (with BB Plus): Promotion is for 24/36 months contract and is limited to 1 sign up per BRN. No installation provided. Free gifts: Includes free 6 month’s Security Pack
subscription, and free 12 month’s SingNet 30Mbps Broadband Plus subscription. Security Pack will be billed at $20/mth ($18.69/mth before GST) from 7th month onwards. SingNet 30Mbps
Broadband Plus will be billed at $30/mth ($28.04/mth before GST) from 13th month onwards with 24/36 month contract. Security Pack and SingNet 30Mbps Broadband Plus subscriptions
will revert to prevailing list price upon contract expiry. Free gifts are only applicable to businesses classified as Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) by Enterprise Singapore. Customers who
sign up for the Security Pack Add-on Promotion must not have adopted any solutions under the Start Digital Programme and declaration must be made. Singtel has the right to withdraw the
promotion for second-time sign ups and any applications that do not meet the eligibility criteria. In the event of cancellation of subscriptions and the free gifts have been provided, the full
retail price of the free gifts will be charged. Not applicable for Static IP plans.
12 Security Pack Add-on: Security Pack comprises of Broadband Protect & Content Filtering and Business Protect Basic (2 users) and each user comes with 1 desktop/laptop & 2 mobile
licenses. No installation provided. Promotion is for 24/36 months contract and is limited to 1 sign up per BRN. Broadband Protect & Content Filtering and Business Protect Basic (2 users) and
will be billed at $10/mth ($9.35/mth before GST) each. Contract term is 24/36 months. Security Pack Add on is not applicable for all Static IP plans. Free gifts: Includes free 6 months Security
Pack subscription, free 24/36 months WiFi Mesh (Twin Pack) subscription. Security Pack and WiFi Mesh (Twin Pack) subscriptions will revert to prevailing list price after 24/36 months. Free
gifts are only applicable to businesses classified as Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) by Enterprise Singapore. Customers who sign up for the SME Security Pack Add-on Promotion must
not have adopted any solutions under the Start Digital Programme. Declaration must be made under Section 2 of this form. Singtel has the right to withdraw the promotion for second-time
sign ups and any applications that do not meet the eligibility criteria. In the event of cancellation of subscriptions and the free gifts have been provided, the full retail price of the free gifts
will be charged.
13 Free 3 months Broadband Protect and Content Filtering: a. The Service shall be provided without charge for a period of 3 months only. The Broadband Protect and Content Filtering is
chargeable from the 4th month after commencement of the service, at a monthly fee of $26.75 (incl. GST). b. The Service will be provided in accordance with Singtel’s terms and conditions.
Not applicable to Security Pack customers with Broadband Protect service. All customers signing up for the free Broadband Protect and Content Filtering Service will be required to sign
Singtel’s SRCA form. By signing the SRCA form, each customer agrees to all of Singtel’s terms and conditions governing the provision of the Service. c. Customers may, without any charge,
terminate the Service at any time before the 4th month from commencement of the Service. d. Customers may terminate the Service at any time after the 4th month, whereupon each
customer shall only pay the charges outstanding as at the date of termination, without early termination charge. e. Each customer may only sign up for this promotion once, per circuit. f.
Singtel reserves the right to remove or cancel this free three months Broadband Protect and Content Filtering Service offer at any time. g. The availability of the Service is not
guaranteed.SingNet Broadband Security Suite (i.e. Broadband Content Filtering and Broadband Protect) is not applicable on 700Mbps & 1Gbps Fibre Broadband Plan and SingNet 1 Static IP
on eVolve. Broadband Content Filtering is included by default should customer opt for Broadband Protect as the choice of VAS.
14 SingNet Email Service is only applicable to Customers that possess a valid UEN number. Customer will need to have an existing SingNet fibre service before he/she can take up this SingNet
Email Service as a VAS (Value Added Service). A minimum of 12 months contract applies.
15 WiFi Mesh (Twin Pack): Minimum of Basic Twin Pack (2 WiFi Mesh included) required. WiFi Mesh is to be installed in the same installation address as eVolve broadband. Minimum contract
term for WiFi Mesh is 24 months. Promotional subscription will be applicable throughout the contractual period and will revert to prevailing list price upon contract expiry. Warranty and
maintenance of the Wifi Mesh will be covered by Singtel throughout the tenure of the service. One time charge of $10 (after GST) for WiFi Mesh delivery is waived for
new/migration/recontract eVolve subscribers only. Installation of any WiFi Mesh device by Singtel is only available upon request and a compulsory charge of $48.15 (w/GST) shall apply per
visit to Customer’s premises for each WiFi Mesh device installation.
16 SingNet Wireless Backup: There must be a valid subscription to a qualifying Singnet eVolve service. A public IP will be issued for each SIM card and the local data bundle is applicable for
local data access in Singapore only. Service availability and bandwidth throughput on a best effort basis, and is subject, but not limited to network coverage and concurrent users of Singtel’s
network at the same time. Excess data charges apply at $10.70/GB after GST capped at maximum billable amount of $188 after GST. Promotional subscription will be applicable throughout
the contractual period and will revert to prevailing list price upon contract expiry. The SingNet Wireless Backup service must be installed at the same service address as the Qualifying
SingNet eVolve Service. In the event, the Customer performs a relocation of Services, both the SingNet eVolve and SingNet Wireless Backup must be relocated at the same time. SingNet
Wireless Backup service included as part of SingNet eVolve Fibre Broadband, will be provisioned within 20 working days of broadband activation. Installation of any SingNet Wireless Backup
by Singtel is only available upon request and a compulsory charge of $48.15 (w/GST) shall apply per visit to Customer’s premises for each installation.
17 30Mbps Broadband Plus: The additional Broadband connection is 30Mbps "Broadband Plus" service which provides a second broadband access to the premise. There must be a valid
subscription to a qualifying Singnet eVolve service. The Broadband Plus Service must be installed at the same service address as the Qualifying SingNet eVolve Service via the same Fibre
Termination Point (FTP), subject to resource availability. In the event of any relocation, both the Qualifying eVolve service and the Broadband Plus service must be relocated at the same
time. Singnet email address shall not be provided with the Broadband Plus service and its subscription will revert to list price upon contract expiry.
18 SingNet Software Defined Bundle Pack: Bundle includes Singtel SD-WAN with Firewall / CPE with RMA equipment installation and initial configuration. Throughout duration of contract,
Singtel SD-WAN with Firewall / CPE with RMA is covered by hardware break/fix (1-to-1 exchange for faulty hardware). Singtel will manage the FortigateSD-WAN CPE. Admin access to the
FortigateSD-WAN CPE will not be granted to customers under this bundle. Instead, customer will be provided access to SD-WAN Portal (FortiPortal). SN eVolve and Singtel SD-WAN with
Firewall / CPE with RMA subscriptions will revert to list price upon contract expiry. One-time installation charge with standard configuration during office hours is waived under this
promotion. Office hours includes Mondayto Friday 8.30am -6.00pm and Saturday 8.30am -1.00pm. All configuration request had to be submitted on theconfiguration workbook before
installation date. Any other one-time charge applies unless otherwise stated. Singtel shall not be liable for WiFi coverage degradation due to dependency on third party items that may
interfere with the wireless radio coverage. Hardware maintenance support starts upon equipment installation. The Singtel SD-WAN with Firewall / CPE with RMA device bundled under the
Promotion are subject to stock availability and availability of resources. In the event of device shortage, the customer could either choose another router model subject to price differences,
or continue waiting for the stock. Leadtime for new application for SingNet eVolve with Singtel SD-WAN with Firewall / CPE with RMA bundle is 14 working days for site with eVolve coverage
and 34 working days for site without eVolve coverage. (Leadtime subjected to confirmation after site survey). Cancellation charge ($500) before GST will be applicable if customer cancel
SingNet eVolve with Singtel SD-WAN with Firewall / CPE with RMA bundle order before service activation date. Early termination fee - If the customer terminates the services subscribed
under the Promotion during the contract term, the customer shall be liable for a premature termination charge of 100% of the remaining contract term.
19 BizVoice: Singtel BizVoice (eVolve): The promotional price for BizVoice is only applicable with sign-up of New BizVoice service with new or renewal of the dynamic IP broadband service on a
24/36-month contract. 1 Line is only applicable with 36 months contract term. Limited to maximum 3 lines per BRN. Provisioning of BizVoice line is subjected to resource availability.
Promotional subscription will be applicable throughout the contractual period and will revert to prevailing list price upon contract expiry. Wiring within same installation address from DP to
office or/and from office to riser on condition that the height is below 3.3m and not inside false ceiling. For height above 3.3m, concealed ceiling and those which require scaffolding and
scissors lift, Customer to engage their own contractor.

management to help safeguard your business from advanced threats. Comprised of Microsoft 365 Business Standard (worth $16.90), Ransomware Protect (worth $3.00), Document Protect
(worth $3.00), Device Protection (worth $9.00), Exchange Online Archiving (worth $4.50), Office 365 Data Loss Prevention (worth $4.50) and Windows 10 Business edition. Other terms and
