    S.M.A.R.T.

    GOALS WORKSHEET
    Crafting S.M.A.R.T. Goals are designed to help you identify if what you want to achieve is realistic and determine a deadline. When writing S.M.A.R.T.
    Goals use concise language, but include relevant information. These are designed to help you succeed, so be positive when answering the questions.

    Write the goal you have in mind

     My goal is to gain ample amount of knowledge and get a good placement after 2 years of MBA in my area of interest.

    S What do you want to accomplish? Who needs to be included? When do you want to do this? Why is this a goal?

     I need to accomplish a position in a good company where I can develop my knowledge and skills. The things need to be included
    SPECIFIC are good package, decent position wrt to my studies. I want to get this after my 2 years of MBA. This is a goal because I always
    wanted to pursue MBA and getting a good placement is a fruitful result from it.

    M How can you measure progress and know if you’ve successfully met your goal?

    MEASURABL  I Can measure my progress by seeing my CGPA and grades , and through my performance in intership and gaining enough
    E knowledge in my area of interest.

    Do you have the skills required to achieve the goal? If not, can you obtain them? What is the motivation for this goal? Is the
    A amount of effort required on par with what the goal will achieve?

     I have the skill of working hard and determined and also other skills like, consistency and learning of new concepts can be
    ACHIEVABLE obtained in time being. My motivation is my parents and my passion towards it.

    R Why am I setting this goal now? Is it aligned with overall objectives?

     I am setting this goal now because its absolutely necessary and it’s the right time to set this and work on it for the future. Yes it is
    RELEVANT aligned with my objectives . Objectives are the footsteps of my ultimate goal.

    T What’s the deadline and is it realistic?

    TIME-BOUND  The deadline is my whole MBA degree time and it is realistic

    Review what you have written, and craft a new goal statement based on what the answers to the questions above have revealed

     My goal is to work hard, determined to obtain a good CGPA and knowledge throughout my MBA studies and get a good
    placement at the end of last semester.
