AFFIDAVIT OF NON-TENANCY

I, MA. GUIA L. LINDO, of legal age, Filipino, married to ARSENIO R. LINDO, and a
resident of No. 11 Mayo Street, Tiaong, Quezon, after having been duly sworn to in
accordance with law, depose and state:

That I am the registered owner of a certain parcel of agricultural land

covered by TRANSFER CERTIFICATE OF TITLE NO. T-32352 of the Registry of
deeds for the Province of Quezon;

That said parcel of agricultural land is located at Brgy. San Francisco,

Tiaong, Quezon, containing an aggregate area of TWENTY FIVE THOUSAND
SQUARE METERS (25,000 sq. m.);

That the above-described parcel of agricultural land is non-tenanted;

That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing

facts and for all intents and purposes it may serve.
