Currently working as Laboratory and WTP operator, here are some of the
responsibilities:
 Participate of making standard TEST procedures of Bazyan Combined Cycle Power Plant oil,
gas and water treatment system and Laboratory.
 Using density meter device(digital densimeter ) and sulfur content device(X-ray equipment) ,
water content device(Karl fisher equipment ), digital viscometer, flash point equipment,
distillation equipment, spectroil analyzer. using PH meter, conductivity meter (HACH
equipment ), turbidity meter and oil and grease equipment.
 Testing density, specific gravity (Sp.gr), A.P.I. gravity (by hydrometer and pyknometer),
flashpoint, pour point , aniline point, crude oil distilation, acid/ base (by titrations), determine of
TAN, doctor test for sulfur, sulfur content, water content, ash content, viscosity, diesel Index,
reaearch octan number (RON), motor octan number (MON), Cetane number for oil and gas.
 Take and collect oil and gas samples and perform QA/QC samples for lab testing.
 Calibration of equipments.
 Ensure smooth operation, safe startup /shut down of WTP during the shift.
 Records all equipment operating data, including alarms and protective devices that are
actuated and report any deviation to Shift supervisor for necessary action.
 Ability to manually test the upper analysis .
 Performs mechanical and electrical, manual equipment isolation.
 Check 2 BSDG (2500KVA) for water and oil specification.
 Implement safety programs to adopt safe work practices.
 Troubleshoot operational problems and initiate maintenance requests.
 Day to day laboratory test work , safely and efficiently, according to good utility practice,
dispatch instructions, the company rules and procedures , guidelines, legal ,environmental,
contractual and other requirements.
