Official Sweepstakes Rules

May 12th, 2011 through June 27, 2011

A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Prizes. Enter the Kayser Stoughton “Imported From Detroit” Sweepstakes at

www.facebook.com/kayserautogroupstoughton. Entries will be accepted until noon, June
27, 2011. No cash, assignment or transfer of a Prize will be permitted, and sponsors
reserve the right to substitute a Prize with another of comparable or greater value. No
purchase necessary to participate in the Sweepstakes, entrants must have “Liked”
the Kayser Stoughton Facebook page.

2. Eligibility. The Sweepstakes is open to persons who are at least eighteen (18) years of
age. Employees, officers and representatives of Kayser Automotive Group LLC as well
as members of their immediate families (i.e., spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and
households, are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject
to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations and void where prohibited by law.

3. How to Enter. To enter the Kayser Stoughton “Imported From Detroit” Sweepstakes
simply enter online at www.facebook.com/kayserautogroupstoughton. Only one online
entry will be accepted per the promotional time period. At the conclusion of the contest,
one (1) random entry (from all entries received during the contest period) will be selected
as the prize winner. When a winner's name is chosen, Kayser Automotive Group LLC
will contact the winner via email and/or telephone. Winner may be required to execute
and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability and Publicity within the
time frame designated therein. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within seven (7)
days after the first attempt to contact him/her, if he/she does not properly complete,
execute and/or return the Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability and Publicity
within the designated time frame (if required), or if he/she does not otherwise meet the
eligibility requirements of these Official Rules, the original winner will forfeit the Prize
and an alternate winner may be selected in his/her place from the remaining qualified
entries. Only one prize per registrant per contest period.

4. General Terms and Conditions. Kayser Automotive Group LLC is not responsible for
lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, illegible or misdirected Entry Forms, which
will be deemed disqualified. Kayser Automotive Group LLC reserves the right to cancel
or modify the Official Rules of the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures or any other
factor beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor impairs the integrity of the
Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor at their sole discretion. Kayser Automotive
Group LLC reserves the right in their sole discretion to disqualify any individual they
 find to be tampering with the process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting
in violation of these Official Rules.

5. Taxes. Sweepstake winners are solely responsible for all respective federal, state or local
taxes, or other additional costs incurred with respect to winning prizes.

o Use of 2011 Dodge Durango from 7/1/11-7/5/11 ($500)

6. Distribution of Prizes; Odds of Winning. Odds of winning will be determined by the

number of eligible entries received for each prize. One winner per sweepstakes.

7. Release. By entering the "Kayser Stoughton Imported From Detroit," each participant: (a)
agrees to abide by these Official Rules and further agrees that the decisions of Sponsor
shall be final in all respects; (b) grants permission to Kayser Automotive Group LLC to
use the participant's name, likeness and statements attributable to him/her for promotional
purposes without further compensation; and (c) TO RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE
AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE KAYSER AUTOMOTIVE GROUP LLC, AND
THEIR AFFILIATES AND SUBSIDIARIES FROM ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY AND
ALL LOSS OR DAMAGE RELATING TO OR ARISING FROM ANY ACCIDENT,
ILLNESS, INJURY OR DAMAGE TO PERSON OR PROPERTY AS A RESULT OF
AN INDIVIDUAL'S PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES, ACCEPTANCE OF
A PRIZE OR USE OF A PRIZE.

8. List of Winners. For a list containing the names of all Prize winners, which shall be
available after July 5th, 2011, send your request with a stamped, self-addressed number
ten (#10) envelope to: "Kayser Stoughton Imported From Detroit," List of Winners, c/o
Kayser Automotive Group, 1411 Highway 51, Stoughton, WI 53589.
