    Dear Dr. Chua,

    I am writing to advise you that you are hereby suspended without pay due to your drinking issue. The
    company has issued several warnings in the past following complaints made by your clients regarding
    your drunken behaviour during consults. However, you have continued to show the same behaviour,
    hence we have no choice but to temporarily suspend your license until further notice.

    During your period of suspension, you cannot act as a licensed therapist, and you are not allowed
    access to the office or remote access to the company’s network. Your room will be used by Dr. Tham
    Siew Heng for the time being.

    The company takes professionalism very seriously. If this behaviour continues even after the period of
    suspension, our next step would be your termination. We sincerely hope you will be able to resolve
    this issue and work towards a change.
