WORK DONE
This week was my last week as an intern at Bank Asia Limited. It was also the week of eid
holidays. Hence the branch was busy. I completed all the left over account opening forms since
I will be leaving I finished as much as possible. I did all my regular tasks in addition to which I
scanned account opening forms to be sent for auditing requested by the head office.

OBSERVATION:
Bankers only got one day of Eid holiday this week and they had to resume work one day after
the Eid. The holidays for bankers are really less due to banks being an essential service.

LEARNINGS AND ACHEIVEMENT:

Since this was the last week I had learnt nothing new however my achievement was that I had
now become an expert at my regular tasks. I could solve customer problems all by myself. I was
so well learnt that I was able to teach everything that I knew and help out the teller who had
recently joined the customer service.

NOTABLE INCIDENT
This week the notable incident to me was my last day of work. On that day I did not take up any
knew task and only completed what I had in hand. I took farewell from everyone at the branch.
Everyone was very warm and I had thanked them for making my experience at Bank Asia so
pleasurable.
