Job Responsibilities:
• Work under the management and HRRAC EVC Program Manager.
• Mobilizing the targeted beneficiaries for the smooth implementation of the every voice
count program.
• Support the Project to generate qualitative and quantitative data to document progress and
submit to the Project (s) on monthly basis.
• Giving daily information to the Program Manager from the site.
• Conducting meetings with directorates of woman affairs, literacy department and social
affairs in their respected provinces, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Keep project(s) updated on the progress of the projects activities and any issues that may
arise during the course of project implementation that need project(s) attention.
• Conducting meeting with the community elders and females headed including projects(s)
beneficiaries.
• Assisting in preparing monthly plan and report(s) each month.
• Share reports, plans and information with the EVC M&E Desk.
• Assisting in preparing case studies during each month.
• Having close coordination with local government, community and stakeholders.
• Timely reporting of activities to project provincial coordinator or in his/her absence to the
program manager or any other official within HRRAC.
• Actively participate and facilitate project(s) events.
• Perform any other task related to HRRAC program and projects in the province.
• Participate in capacity building workshops in the province and in Kabul.
