Here is a unique 3-dimensional origami-like Ring of Magic 8 Tetrahedra whose sums of 4

triangular faces each are 66. When two Tetrahedra touch, they form a Double Tetrahedron
whose sum of faces is 66+66 = 132.

This special arrangement by Heath uses the numbers from 1 to 32.

An example of a Magic Tetrahedron is 1+30+7+28 =66.
