CONTRACT TO CLIENT

This catering services agreement dated this day November 23, 2021 between the Leth’s classic
events and partners to Mrs. Gina Bernardino.

BACKGROUND
As Caterer it is agreeable to provide such services to the Client on the terms and conditions set in
his agreement.

In consideration of the matters described above and of the mutual benefits and obligations set in this
agreement, the receipt and sufficiency of which consideration is hereby and acknowledged the Client and
Caterer agree as follows:

SERVICES PROVIDED
The Clients hereby agrees to engage the Caterer to provide the Client with services consisting of
preparation of the events on the date December 16, 2021, at the time of 9:30 am with 100 numbers of
guests in attendance.

REIMBURSEMENT OF EXPENSES
In connection with providing the services hereunder, I will only be reimbursed for expenses that
have been approved with my clients that are displayed in attached price sheet.

MENU AND GUESTS GUARANTEES


1. As caterer and the team will serves the right to make small changes to the menu if necessary, if there is
ingredients or meal that is unavailable I can manage it immediately by providing right amount of food to
the guests.
2. Once the guests are changed from the expected list of numbers of guests, I will report it to my clients
about the changes.
3. Guests under the age of 6 are not under to charge for catering unless a client wishes to provide specific
menu for their age.
4. Clients guests who will experience reactions on the food (allergies) I am responsible to watched them
and ensure they are safe.

PAYMENT
1. For the services, Clients will pay Caterer an agreed upon price per head of each meal.

2. The Clients may request additional services for senior citizen and kids under the age of 7 will add to
the total cost agreed upon by this contract, and must be agreed to in writing, o a separate catering
estimate.

CONDITIONS
1. Clients will pay a total of PHP435, 547.35
2. First payment: After signing of contract of agreement: Down payment PHP215, 550.03 with a total
balance of PHP219, 997. 05.
3. Last payment: A week before the day of the event: remaining balance of PHP219, 997. 05.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If there any changes and clients request cancellation, here is my/our cancellation policy listed
below:
The Caterer’s Service fee” can only change in the number of guests. Client requests cancellation of the
Contract 90 days or more before the Event, Caterer shall be entitled to 35% percent of the payments made
to the account. If Client requests cancellation 45-89 days before the Event, Caterer shall be entitled to
45% percent of the payments made to the account you can console, 31-44 days before the Event, Caterer
shall be entitled to 50% percent of the payments made to the account. If Client requests cancellation 30
days or below in advance of the Event, Caterer shall be entitled to 100% percent of the payments made to
