Dear Fellow Member,

With gratitude and humility my term as the President of the association comes to a

close and what a joy it has been to work with and for each of you, to help grow the
Chapter and make the awareness of coaching stronger in our society. I am happy to
present this exciting issue of COACH TALK in which you will find exciting reads,
snapshots and snippets of the work done by the fantastic managing committee and
a lot more.

ICF Mumbai Chapter President’s Report for the Year 2017-18 was recently
presented at the AGM held on 24th October 2018 at E&Y at which we had 15 people
present and covered all the agenda points. The report can be viewed on our website

WEBINAR TOPIC: Mining the wisdom of
Shakti Leadership

The webinar was hosted by Harmeet Anand, wherein Nilima
spoke of how the feminine and masculine energies impact
leadership, how as coaches we can cultivate, access and
manifest the masculine and feminine and how we can bring
this in the arena of conscious business and leadership
coaching. 32 participants expanded their awareness of self-
mastery, leadership psyche and drew learnings to use in their
own practice.

It was a great privilege for the managing committee of ICF Mumbai to host
Peter J. Reding, MBA, MCC, the world-changing visionary coach. As the co-
founder of Coach For Life, Peter coaches visionaries who feel compelled to
inform, instruct/inspire millions and having his august presence at the
workshop held on 08 Sept 2018 at RCF Corporate Office in Mumbai was a
wow experience for all those who attended, as they soaked into the wisdom
of TRIPLE LOOP COACHING

What a beautiful and inspiring evening it was for the 30 odd participants that attended the last CoachINSPIRE session held at E&Y,
with our very our member coaches talking of the tools and experiences while coaching. We had GOPAL SEHJPAL talk of his LEMON
technique, KARTIK VYAS introduce the participants to the world of Yoga Vidya and how our endeavour should be to gain mindful
control over our CHITTA and finally SUDHIR WARDE spoke on the power of listening to our coachees in a manner that is effortless
as if you are listening to the ripples of a flowing brook or your favourite music - listen with presence, care
and understanding without judgement and talk only when necessary and with permission. WOW!

ICF CREDENTIALING
EXPIRY & RENEWAL
Your credentials i.e. ACC, PCC or MCC are valid for 3 years and expire on 31st December.
You are eligible to renew up to 12 months from expiry date. An additional 1.2 CCE units is required for
every month lapsed.
Making a false claim of holding a credential after it has lapsed is a breach of the ICF Code of Ethics.

CREDENTIAL RENEWAL CCEU'S

Online credential application purchase  Core Competencies: Advanced coach training,
Participation of 40 CCE, 24 hours in core competencies writing, or research directly related to ICF
At least 3 CCE in the area of coaching ethics. These can Core Competencies (24 hours)
be earned by doing the online ICF Ethics CCE course. Resource Development: Training, writing,
For ACC renewals only, an additional 10 hours of research, or self-study outside of the ICF Core
Mentor Coaching Competencies that contributes to the
professional development of a coach (16 hours)
