What is Stock and Inventory Simple?
If you need to keep track of your stock of any kind of items - this application can help you
to do it.
It can be used as a stock management tool or inventory tracker at home or in a
warehouse. A small shop can use it for sales and purchases management. To avoid
mistakes in book record app is making a new way to keep record for stock.
Functionality
 Easy data input either we can do manually or through importing excel file.
Manually through adding the goods or items we need by typing adding barcode and
images of item if required and vice versa for outgoing items, we can categorize
items into groups and arrange it as per our requirements. Importing or Exporting
Excel report option is available in settings.
 Add pictures to visualize items take photos or images. Image pixels can be set as
much the user wants to set. It will help us to recognize the product easily in
minimum time. Also, Barcode (through scanning) and its no. for the product can be
added as per user’s choice. Description of the product can also be given.
 Products can be organized into folders according to different categories and can be
arranged as user wants it to be. Can also sort items based on different parameters.
 System offers 16 different languages user can select any of them as per the choice.
 For security purpose user can have passcode settings to protect the data. Also, user
can set the lock time if there is not inactivity in the system.
 Customer and supplier details can be managed by adding it manually or importing
excel file. User can store details such as address, email, phone no., tax id, bank
details, notes and discount if any. User can contact with the help of options such as
email, SMS, call or whats app. User can search the name through voice search or
by typing. Both can be sort on the basis of A to Z or Z to A or none.
 Reports can be generated, the system has 11 types of report generation options and
can be generated on the basis of user’s choice from 5 data range. The reports can
be exported to excel or pdf format.
 Daily Expenses can be managed by manually adding the expenses took place. It can
also be sort on the basis of ascending and descending. Can also search expenses
from the record on the basis of date.
 Custom Field Option is also there through which user can add the customized field
for storing data.
 User can add its company details such as name, address, tax id, bank details etc.
which would be displayed on the on invoice, receipts etc.
