strengths which give Rolls Royce upper hand over their competition-

Global Presence- Operating in more than 50 Countries which increases influence and power over
worldwide client base.

Exceptional design- Expertise in car interior as well as top class build quality,engine and chasis makes
customer feel royal .

Skilled workers- All recruited people are highly qualified in respective domain.

Parent company- BMW R&D in technology is always plus point for Rolls Royce.

Weakness-

Design similarity- All models looks like clone of each other.

Pricing- High pricing makes it unaffordable to normal customers.

High debt – Because of high debt equity ration company’s risk management system need to be improve.

Over reliance- high dependency on small group of customers loyalty and for repeating business.

Opportunities-

Automation – there are lots of R&D going on for building self driven cars and electric powered cars.
Brand should see future opportunity for luxury cars.

Partnership- Company should focus on developing alliances, joint ventures , partnerships to et out of
current debt situation.

Model with low cost green hybrid car- One segment model which support hybrid
technology,sustainable environment & slightly low cost will attract customers more than competition.

Threat-

Growing cost of raw materials, currently no electric model ,competitions from companies like porsche
Bentley, Audi are some concerns company need to focus.
