    the elements caused by the extreme cold or extreme dryness. What are the speakers
    talking about?

    Speaker2: [00:02:37] Nine. Never before have I been so insulted. I'm not going to buy
    any car from them.
    Speaker1: [00:02:44] What happened? I thought he explained things OK.

    Speaker2: [00:02:47] He paid no attention to me and only looked at you. He thought I


    couldn't get it.
