HOT OFFER CHECKLIST

Want to know how to write sales copy that creates trust, builds
authority, and converts like crazy? This is my own top-secret checklist
for critiquing and optimizing a sales page! I created this Hot Offer
Checklist to use as a proven reference and guide for whenever I’m
critiquing copy for my private clients, partners, or Flight Club
Mastermind members.

This quick checklist includes 10 conversion triggers that I always look


for when reviewing copy to build trust, boost authority and ignite
sales.

#1: Problem
Address the problem your prospect is looking to solve. Identify their
greatest challenge or core problem your product can help them with.

A core problem is addressed.

#2: Pain
Evoke emotion with empathy. Identify the pain points your prospect Is
experiencing to let them know that you understand what they’re
going through, that they are not alone, and that you’re here to help.

Relatable and empathetic pain points are identified.

#3: Prescription

Demonstrate to your prospect that there is a solution, secret, or


discovery that will address the pain they are experiencing.
Communicate this before mentioning the product you're selling!

A realistic solution is introduced.

#4: Pivot
Pivot from "the prospect" to the "brand/ business" by communicating
the mission, reason, or inspiration for selling/creating the solution.
This is a powerful way to create authority and trust.

Authority and trust is created.


#5: Positioning
Address the reasons why alternative solutions haven't worked or won't
work for your prospect. Show them how/why you are different from
competitors!

A reason why this solution is the best solution is presented.

#6: Product
Transition into the product and offer a compelling description of the
USP.

Product is USP introduced clearly communicated.

#7: Product Details
After the product introduced, break down everything it has and does
—both the features and the benefits.

Features and benefits are clear, relatable and specific.

#8: Price
The #1 most important thing to remember about your offer is that value
should always be greater than the price.

Value and price are clearly stated.


#9: Promotion
Scarcity gives your prospect a reason to buy NOW. There are different
types of scarcity, including Price Scarcity, Quantity Scarcity, Premium
Scarcity and Offer Scarcity.

Authentic scarcity is being used and a reason why Is given.

#10: Place & Purchase Details


Share any guarantee information, payment terms, and purchase
expectations. These should be written in very concise and clear terms to
make it as easy as possible.

The purchase process sounds easy and risk-free.
