Legal Notice for Payment of Dues against Mobile No-9071536536 & A/c No- 76460888 Under the
instructions of, M/S VODAFONE IDEA LTD a company incorporated under the provisions of the
Companies Act, 1956 having its registered office at C-48, Okhla Industrial Area, Phase II, New Delhi-
110 020 and branch office M/S VODAFONE IDEA LTD, Maruthi InfoTech Centre,3rd Floor , Amarjyoti
layout, Koramangala .Bangalore 560071,, I hereby serve you with  the following legal notice:

 1     That you had evinced desire for Vodafone idea Cell phone Connection and applied for the
connection after fully satisfying you about the terms and conditions mentioned in the said application
form

  2                That basis the Application Form submitted from your end to my client, you were allotted
Mobile No- 9071536536 and Account Number-76460888 All communications, bills thereafter had
reference to the said mobile number and customer code. The acceptance of your Application by my
client concluded a valid, binding and legally enforceable agreement. You therein undertook to abide by
the terms of the ‘Tariff Plan’  along with the terms and conditions mentioned in the said application
form and further undertook  to make payment for the usage done in respect of the said mobile
connection on the basis of the  monthly bills issued by my clients. That the demand for the payment of
usage of mobile number has been raised on you through monthly bills sent to you.

3         That as per the records till 08st Aug 2020, there was an outstanding amount of RS.1118.9/-
payable by you. Kindly note that despite having been given sufficient time and opportunity you have
failed and neglected to pay your outstanding bill. Further, you may note that you have also not
responded to the intimations and correspondences sent to you, reminding you for making payment of
outstanding bill.

4         In view of the circumstances mentioned above, you are hereby called upon to make the payment
of RS.1118.9/- Last (7) days left from the receipt of this notice.

 5         Please note that in the event you fail to make the payment, on the expiry of 15-Sep-2020 from
the date of receipt of this notice, we would have peremptory instructions to initiate Civil and Criminal
proceedings against you, which would be entirely at your risk, cost and consequences thereof. In
addition to this, my client reserves the right to blacklist your name with other companies to safeguard
its interest. My client states that it may provide information of your payment history or your
repayment record to a Credit Information Company like Credit Information Bureau of India Ltd
(CIBIL).
