1. Nutritionist
(Is a special profession who has knowledge and skills which is obtained from special
education that provide information on nutrition and health issues as well as healty rating
patterns)
The different between nutritionist and food technology is
(for the nutritionist, it means more focused on studying of the content in foodstuffs and
how they can effect the humans and then for the food technology more focused on
processing, preservation, packaging and food storage)

2. Veterinarian
(People who have a profession in the field of veterinary medicine which is in charge of
preventing, examining, and treating animals from disease)

3. Milking
(Is an important process or aspect in dairy farming)
(is an action of removing milk from the udder with the aim of getting maximum milk
production)

4. Bulk Tank
(Is same like container for storing cow's milk that made of metal and that used to provide
storage of milk for use in many applications so that stay fresh)

5. Insulated Stainless Steel Truck


(Special transport for carrying milk to keep the milk stay cool and clean during transit
and prevent contamination from outside sources)
(Truck that used to transport fresh milk from farm to milk processing)
6. Pasteurization
(The heating process used temperatures below 100 degrees celcius for a certain period of
time)
(Used to kill some microbes by minimizing protein damage because of too high
temperatures)
(Its a process to slow down the growth of microbes in food)
(A process of heating food with the aim of killing harmful organisms like bacteria, molds
and yeasts)
7. Harmful Microorganism
(Have the very small size and it can be seen only with the aid of a microscope)
(Its one of the microorganism that are not beneficial to humans or calling by pathogenic
microorganism)
(That can cause foodborne disease or food borne disease if the product is consumed by
humans)
8. Homogenization
(Its a uniformity)
(A process or multiple processes that used to make a mixture uniform)
(It can be also referred to as mixing several related substances to form a suspension or
emulsion)
9. Grocery Stores
(Its same like warehouse stores that selling or distributing some items in large quantities
with low prices)
(Its a food retailers and wholesalers who operate stores to offering deeper discounted
prices than tradisional supermarkets)
10. Tempering/Milk Tempering
(Heating process in food processing)
11. Rappid Cooling
(Its a heat removal process or temperature reduction)
(One of the processes aims to preserve food for a few days or several weeks, it is
depending on the type of food)
