Profile: Digital Marketing Associate

The Digital Marketer is responsible for a large portion of the company’s online presence. Create and maintain
online listings across online platforms. A highly creative person who can create viral sensations across all the
online platforms.

What you will do:

● Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy for various social media mediums -
Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.
● Able to create email campaigns and content for Synoriq product buffet
● Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices
● Research products, services and current strategies to identify new opportunities
● Identify the needs and new opportunities and aspire to increase brand awareness
● Manage all digital marketing channels
● Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics
● Build and inbound marketing plan
● Track record of data-driven decisions
● Ability to prioritize competing features and requirements in digital technologies
● Able to articulate products in running campaigns across social media
● Need to understand the business and product requirements and build and implement the required
strategy

Eligibility Criteria:
1. Aggregate Percentage in Secondary, Senior Secondary and Bachelor: Above 60%

Probation duration and Service Agreement: First 6 months
Upskilling duration: Next 6 months
Salary Structure**: 3.25 LPA CTC per annum
**The structure is defined as follows:
Probation Period (First 6 months) Rs. 16,700 CTC

Upskilling Period (Next six months) Rs. 22,800 CTC

Promoter Profile
Mudit Jain is the CEO and Founder at Synoriq. He is an IIT Bombay Alumni with experience of 10+ years of
working with various banks, HFCs and NFCs. He served as the Country Head for Finmechanics at the very young
age of 24. He has also worked with PwC and Diamond Consulting after graduating from IIT Bombay. Before
starting Synoriq, he was the co-founder of Qriyo - India’s first managed home tuition app
