individual particles
that do not stick
together.
They have large air
spaces that allow air
and water to pass
through easily.

enough water for
plant growth.

commonly found in
sandy soil
Crumb or granular structure These soil
aggregates with
medium space
between them.
They are commonly
a mixture of sand,
clay and humus.
