Rupin Pass Trek
Rupin Pass is a high altitude trek which starts from Dhaula in Rs. 16,500 Rs 15,500
Uttarakhand and ends at Sangla. Majorly you will do Trekking only/-

Day 1 - Dehradun to Dhaula 210 Kms

Altitude : 6,000 Feet 210 Km drive- approx. 10 hours 1 Trekkers will be picked from Dehradun.
Expected : From Dhaula.
On the first day of your journey, you don’t have to trek but ride your way to Dhaula. The weather
on the route will not be very cold but humid. Yet, the pleasant sights of the hills will keep up your
enthusiasm for the more beautiful sight ahead.
Day 2- Dhaula to Sewa (8 Kms)

Altitude: 1,400 Feet 8 Km, and the approximate 14 treks to Taluka.
Expected: From Sewa,

Though today’s trail is as long as 8 km, yet it will not be very tiring for you, as the whole trek is an
easy walk on undulating paths till Sewa. Pass a cattle shelter after exiting the Dhaula village, the
trail starts climbing for about 200 meters. after 20 minutes it becomes easy again, a little further
walk and you will have another different sight of Rupin flowing below into its bed..
Day 3 - Sewa To Bawta (Jiskun) Himanchal Pradesh 11 Kms

Altitude : 2,500 Feet 11 Km, | Expected : From Bawta (Jiskun).

Today's trek increases grade wise from moderate to difficult slowly. Our team will instruct you for
the day as the area in route is prone to landslide and frequent variance in the trail is an addition to
the difficulty level.
Day 4 - Bawta (Jiskun) To Jakha 8 Kms

Altitude: 1,500 Feet 8 Km.


Expected: From Jakha.

Waking up at the campsite near Jhaka Village is sheer bliss. The trail is well defined, passes
through the field of Jhaka village, enters a forest where trees of fir standing tall depicting centuries
old, pristine civilization.
Day 5 - Jakha To Dandreyash Thatch 10 Kms

Altitude: 2,300 Feet 10 Km.


Expected: From Dandreyash.

Day 6 - Dandreyash Thatch To Upper Waterfall (2.5 Kms)

Today The altitude from Dhandreyash to Upper water fall camp is about 4000 meters which is
enough to make you vulnerable to AMS. We shall take the necessary precautions to keep away
from any altitude problems.
Day 7 - Upper Water Fall To Ronti Gad Cross Rupin Pass 10 Kms

Altitude: 2,300 Feet 10 Km.


Expected: From Ronti Gad Cross Rupin Pass.
Longest trail of Rupin Pass begins with a steep ascent, with a bumper gain in altitude. An hour of
climbing, then take left trail and discover totally different and amazing sights from the Rati Pheri
campsite.
Day 8 - Ronti Gad To Sangla (Town) 7.5 Kms

Altitude: 1,200 Feet 7.5 Km.


Expected: From Sangla (Town).

Today’s trek will be a downward climb but very arduous as the trail’s altitude drops rapidly. Our
team will take another round of bout to make you adaptable to the sharp descendant, climb your
way downward with more ease without hurting your foot or knees.
