b. Search for Solar Tender and Select “MSEDCL/COMM/2021/PHASE-II RTS/T-01”
c. Pay online and Take payment Receipt.

3. Prepare all Eligibility Criteria Documents for Online and Offline Bid Submission.

1. Format- 1 : Covering Letter
2. MSME Certificate or/And Format – 3 :Proforma for Bank Guarantee for Bid Bond / EMD
3. Original copy of the Bid Bond /EMD/Online payment proof as per Format -3 in the form of a
Bank Guarantee/ DD. Check list as per Format-5. However, MSMEs are required to submit a
“Bid Security Declaration” Letter on non-judicial stamp of appropriate value
4. Online payment receipt.
5. Original Power of Attorney supplemented with Board resolutions (as per Format-6)
