so please don't be confused . Please find the below itinerary as per your requirement:

8/9/21 : BAGDOGRA AIRPORT / NEW JALPAIGURI TO GANGTOK

Pick- up from Bagdogra Airport/ NJP Railway Station & transfer to Gangtok (5500 ft /130 kms/ 04
hrs.) If time allow you can visit MG Marg for the shopping/local market visit (own expenses)
Overnight stay at Hotel at Gangtok.

9/9/21 : TSHOGMO LAKE/ NEW BABA MANDIR

Morning at around 07.30 am proceeding for Tshomgo Lake 54 kms / 03 hrs. (A Beautiful lake which is
situated at the Height of 13,200 ft With an Average depth of 50 ft perfectly attuned with the scenic
beauty around. From Dec to Mid April it is covered by snow & surrounded by mountains which are
snow covered nearly throughout the year) and Baba Mandir. After the sight seen is over transfer back
to Gangtok .Overnight at hotel.

(In case of Land slide or any other reason Tshango Lake is closed we will provided alternate
sightseeing but no refund will be entertained.

NATHULA PASS Ø Nathula pass sightseeing can be available at Non-refundable rate of approx
Rs.4,000/- per cab. And it’s a optional tour. Same you have to inform at least 72 hours before your
travel. Ø At any point of time, after getting pass from Sikkim Government, there will be no refund in
case you cannot cover the same due to bad weather conditions or landslides or any other reason. No
alternate sightseeing will be provided for Nathula Pass.

Note: Nathula Pass is strictly prohibited for the timing due to inconvenience. Incase if the same will
be permitted by the time of your tour date then you can visit it on direct payment basis.

10/9/21 : GANGTOK TO LACHEN COVERING ON THE WAY SIGHT SEEN

Pick-up from hotel at Gangtok at about 10 a.m. proceed to Lachen (130 Km) at an altitude of 9000 ft.
On the way, stop and enjoy a few wonderful locations like Kabi Lungstok, Naga Waterfalls, the
confluence of Lachenchu and Lachung Chu at Chungthang, Twin Waterfalls and Bhim Nala Waterfalls.
You are likely to reachLachen at late afternoon /in the evening and will check in our hotel. Overnight
stay at Hotel.
11/9/21 : GURUDUNGBA LAKE,& BACK TO GANGTOK

Morning Excursion to Gurudomgar Lake (13000ft. / 70kms / 03hrs). After lunch transfer to Lachung.
Overnight stay at Hotel.

12/9/21 : GANGTOK TO KALIMPONG + SIGHT SEEN AND TRANSFER TO DARJEELING

On arrival at Kalimpong visit Dello View Point ,Science city, Hanuman Tok, Orchid Nurseries, Army
Golf Course and Pine View Nursery. Then check-in to your Hotel and freshen up yourself. Night halt
will be at Kalimpong. After the sight seen is over , transfer to Darjeeling.

13/9/21 : DARJEELING SIGHT SEEN

Early morning tour to Tiger Hills (at around at 4am) to morning view sunrise over Kanchenjunga Peak
(subject to clear weather) on your way back visit Batasia Loop & Ghoom Monastery. After Breakfast
city tour of Darjeeling visit Padmaja Naidu Himalaya Zoological Park, Himalayan Mountaineering
Institute, (Closed on Thursday), Tenzing Rock & Gombu Rock & Tibetan Refugee Self – Help Center
(Closed on Sunday), white Pagoda & Natural History Museum. Overnight at the Hotel.

14/9/21: DARJEELING TO IXB AIRPORT / NJP STATION DROP FOR FURTHER JOURNEY.

1. ONLY TRANSPORTATION COSTS WILL BE RS.24,500/ USING 1 WAGON R & 1 XYLO FOR LACHEN.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Ø No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation segments,
sightseeing tours or any other service. Such unused items are non refundable it will be exchangeable
as per the situation.
Ø The timings provided to guest should be followed strictly and any delay in timings may result in
vehicle no entry in the location of service and we will not be responsible for any extra expanses the
guest have to bear for reaching to stand instead of direct pickup from the hotel.

Ø 50% advance payment for the confirmation and 50% at Arrival.

Ø Each guest must carry 4 sets of passport size photograph and 3 Photocopies of voter’s id /driving
licence, and original documents should be available with guest throughout the trip.

Ø Vehicle will be on point to point basis and anything apart from itinerary will not be entertained
and the extra charges will be applicable instead of any last minute route / sightseeing point’s changes
apart from the finalised tour itinerary.

Ø Room allocation is done by the hotel depending upon availability at the time of check-in in the
category of room as specified on your confirmation voucher.

Ø No refund shall be claimed, if the services & amenities of hotel were not up to your expectations.

Ø Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances
(strikes), etc is to be borne by the client, which is directly payable on the spot.

Ø Please deposit 50% amount in our above mention bank account details for a confirmed booking.

Ø In all places where the permit has to be made for every person with the vehicles now under the
situation of any natural disasters like landslide, heavy snowfall, road blockages, or any other
uncertain things caused by mother nature happens the desired destination for which the permits
have been made and issued to you and if you are unable to reach or due to those causes if you had
to stopover somewhere and return back without reaching the concerned destination for which the
permits has been issued are not refundable in any cases and the loss will not be beard by the
company.
Ø Any tour route changes or via some other destination which has not been discussed in the
itinerary and has not been booked in earlier with us then it has to be discussed with us and will be
confirmed by us only, if the client tries to arrange through the driver then it’s totally not acceptable
and further problems will not be entertained by our agency.

Ø In case any vehicle damage caused due to uncertain mechanical failure or any minor accidents in
which the vehicle is not in a position for further use the cab will be changed on the spot but
according to the location the alternative car will take some time to reach the spot so till the time we
request our clients to have some patience and wait for another car to arrive and further the journey
commences.

-50% AMOUNT TO BE PAID AT THE TIME OF BOOKING

-THE BALANCE OF THE TOTAL PACKAGE COST IS TO BE PAID ON ARRIVAL OR 2 DAYS PRIOR TO THE
END OF TOUR.

-CANCELLATION HAS TO BE SENT THROUGH EMAIL FROM THE DATE OF BOOKING-

30 – 1 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL DATE 30% OF TOUR COST.

AFTER ARRIVAL/IN BETWEEN THE TOUR 100%OFTHE TOUR COST. ABOVE ARE THE CANCELLATION
