For every race you have entered, you will see a personalised link below. Each link is unique and specific to the race and the
individual competing, and is the link to follow on race day to connect your rowing machine to the race system.

If you have entered a number of events, or have entered races on behalf of other people, you will have multiple links below -
each one unique to the named individual and race.

You can warm up on your machine up to one minute before the race start time, at which point you must stop rowing to allow your
flywheel to stop. Please keep a look out for the start sequence on your rowing machine's monitor from that point on.

Please keep the Home Race browser window on top and in view at all times. We would recommend to turn off any screen
savers, and have your computer fully charged and plugged into a mains power at all times.

LWT competitors will need to submit photo evidence via the following link ahead of their first race of the day, within the time
frame shown below
