 GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

1 - LiMAR Oiltools Standard Terms and Conditions apply for all sales unless otherwise stated in the specific quotation.

2 - TAXES AND DUTIES

All prices quoted are exclusive of any government taxes, with-holding tax & import duties. All applicable taxes & duties are to client's account.

3 - DELIVERY / AVAILABILITY

Delivery is quoted ex-works LiMAR nominated facility. INCOTERMS 2010. (please refer to below notes)
"ExW" column on the quotation denotes either:

LOT - Ex-works LiMAR Thailand facility.

LUK - Ex-works LiMAR United Kingdom facility.

Refer to quotation notes for Ex-works delivery / availability times.

4 - PACKING & CARRIAGE

All sales items shall be packed in accordance with LiMAR Oiltools standards.

Crating & Packing costs are listed in the quotation. This cost is required to be included in the issued Purchase Order.
If applicable, a packing and documentation charge will be listed in the quotation for any shipping of dangerous goods, the cost is required to be
listed & included in the total amount of the issued purchase order.
LiMAR does not cover any shipping costs, all shipments require to be arranged and paid by customer to their own account.
Where LiMAR Oiltools arranges shipping at the request of the client, a separate quotation shall be submitted detailing the shipping & insurance
costs, an additional or revised PO shall be issued from the client to cover.
Should LiMAR Oiltools organise a Certificate of Origin on behalf of the customer, a charge of $150.00 will apply for this service.

5 - DOCUMENTATION

All sales items shall be supplied with a Level of Technical and Certification Package as standard, as per below.

Certification Level 1 - Inclusive of Certificate of Conformity only. This is standard for 3rd party supply items.
Certification Level 2 - Inclusive of Certificate of Conformity, Material Certificate Summary and Test reports, where applicable.
Certification Level 3 - Inclusive of Certificate of Conformity, Material Certificate Summary, Test reports, where applicable and Full Material
Certification Package.
Technical Documentation Package - Inclusive of Operating & Service Manuals and Laminated Drawings as required.

6 - DOCUMENTATION COSTS

Certification Level 1 - Free of Charge.

Certification Level 2 - Free of Charge.
Certification Level 3 - 3.5% of total order value.
Technical Documentation Package - Free of Charge.

7 - PROMPT PAYMENT DISCOUNT

If applicable, any discounts offered are based upon receiving payment, on or before, a nominated prompt payment date. Discount at the % stated
in the quotation is NOT deducted from the invoice total.
The PO will be issued at the full amount stated in Total Ex-works on our quotation. The invoice will be issued for 100% of the Total Ex-works value.
The invoice issued will state the Prompt Payment Discount due date. Should payment be made, prior to or upon the due date, the discount shall
be deducted from the transfer amount. If payment is processed after such date, the full invoice total is due.
Should a shortfall in payment be made after the prompt payment deadline, the outstanding amount will remain in the Statement of Accounts until
the payment is received in full.

8 - TITLE AND RISK OF LOSS

Title of the goods herein described shall pass to the client upon full payment of said goods and any prior outstanding debt.
Risk of loss passes to the client upon delivery of said goods at LiMAR Oiltools facility.
