1. Based on the result/data of your interview, are you going to apply or adapt those best practices? Justify your answer.

____________________________________________________________________________________________________
Yes, I will apply or adapt all the practices I have gathered and learned during our interview. All the information I
____________________________________________________________________________________________________
have gathered is essential and can help me manage a classroom. Managing a classroom is not easy. That is why knowing
____________________________________________________________________________________________________
the basics are essential. I believe that all the information I have gathered can help me in creating a classroom that is safe
____________________________________________________________________________________________________
and conducive to learning.
____________________________________________________________________________________________________
Furthermore, all these things will help me manage my classroom effectively and efficiently.

2. Is there a meaningful effect of a well-planned classroom management in achieving a productive study environment?
Substantiate your answer by providing evidence.
____________________________________________________________________________________________________
Yes, I believe that having a well-planned classroom management will have a meaningful effect in achieving a
____________________________________________________________________________________________________
productive study environment. And by that, I remember this particular experience that I have during my junior high school
____________________________________________________________________________________________________

days.
____________________________________________________________________________________________________
When I was still a Grade 8 student, I had this MAPEH teacher who always came to the classroom full of things in
____________________________________________________________________________________________________
his hand. He always brought lots of learning materials like cartolina with designs and sports equipment. He also uses Prezi
rather than PowerPoint Presentation because, at that time, everyone was curious and amazed by the said platform. Before,
everyone was always excited when our MAPEH teacher entered the classroom because his class was always engaging and
full of happiness.
Every other day we always have activities, which help us understand the lesson well. Now that I am in college, and
taking the same path. I have now understood why my teacher is doing all these things. He always makes sure that he is
prepared before he enters the classroom. He always has motivation before he starts the class. He also has this style wherein
we take a long quiz every day when the summative exam is approaching. Furthermore, he always dropped some clues
during the quiz, and by that, we were able to memorize the important things and details, resulting in a high score during the
summative exam.
All in all, as I am writing my answer to this question, I was able to reminisce my happy days. Moreover, it helps me
realize all the technical aspects that my teacher is applying to ensure the productivity of the class. Furthermore, I was also
motivated to be that kind of teacher in the future.

1. What is the set of ideals, values, beliefs, and goals on classroom or remote learning management plan?
____________________________________________________________________________________________________
____________________________________________________________________________________________________
For me, my set of ideals, values, beliefs, and goals on classroom or remote learning management plan especially during
____________________________________________________________________________________________________
this pandemic, are the following:
____________________________________________________________________________________________________
a.____________________________________________________________________________________________________
Always highlights truth and be honest – in today’s setting, most of the students get their answer through Google or let others
____________________________________________________________________________________________________
answer their activities. Moreover, sometimes they do not read their modules because they are many to read from different subjects.
____________________________________________________________________________________________________
And by that, we should always tell them that it is okay to tell the truth, and remind them what they should do.
____________________________________________________________________________________________________
b.________________________________________________
Maintain a positive and productive learning environment – to ensure the positivity and productivity of a classroom, we
should organize and facilitate the flow of the class, especially during the conduct of the teaching-learning process.

c. Always be kind, understanding, and considerate – everyone has their problem. Especially in this pandemic, everyone is not
the same, and most students are having a hard time. As future teachers, we should understand where our students are coming
from.
Here are some of my ideals, values, beliefs, and goals on classroom or remote learning management plan.

2. What set of criteria and/or standards will you set to judge the quality of the classroom/remote learning environment?
____________________________________________________________________________________________________
____________________________________________________________________________________________________
For me, here are some of the criteria that I will set to judge the quality of the classroom/remote learning environment:
____________________________________________________________________________________________________
a.____________________________________________________________________________________________________
Communication – other than the language itself, we should also provide a channel where everyone can interact
____________________________________________________________________________________________________
and quickly disseminate the message. We should also note the proper way of using a specific language, choices of
____________________________________________________________________________________________________
words, tones, and the mood of speaking.
____________________________________________________________________________________________________
____________________________________________________________________________________________________
b.________________________________________________
Teaching/Instructional Tools – whether pre-pandemic or pandemic, we should always choose the best teaching tool wherein
everyone can learn considering the multiple intelligences. We should also make sure that the teaching tool we will use is
connected to our topic to ensure that the class is interactive and meaningful.
c. Rules and Guidelines – based on the policy and guidelines that the institution provided, we should also come up with our
own rules. Why? It is to ensure the students' safety and ensure that the flow of the class is smooth and systematic.
d. Values Integration – we should not only develop the cognitive aspect of a student, but we should also develop the affective
aspect.
e. Classroom/Virtual Classroom Environment – having a safe and conducive classroom will ensure the productivity of the
class. Many variables need to be considered to have a perfect classroom environment, and as would-be teachers, we should
abide by and consider all those things. A well-balanced, cheerful, and good ambiance will ensure that students learn.

How will you design your classroom to create an appropriate and effective learning environment? Illustrate and justify your design.

If I were to design my future classroom, it would probably look like the photos above. I am considering the DepEd
Order No. 64, s. 2017 (Minimum Performance Standards and Specifications (MPSS) for DepEd School Buildings).

There should be enough space for the students, making sure that the classroom is always clean and well-
ventilated to ensure the safety and comfortability of the students during the discussion. In connection to that, my
classroom or the school building must comply with the R.A. No. 9514, otherwise known as the Fire Code of the
Philippines.

Much informative stuff like books, magazines, infographics, bulletin boards, etc., will also be available for the
students. It is for them to widen their knowledge, read when they have free time, and easily disseminate the information.
A writing board is also essential in a classroom. A projector and whiteboard are also needed when presenting a lesson
to ensure that the class is engaging and meaningful.

Also, the lighting is a very integral part of a classroom. The classroom should light appropriately for the students
to easily read what is on the board or in the book. Lastly, there should be a shelve available wherein all the things like
the books, magazines, students’ projects, and other stuff can be organized and easily accessed.

1. What classroom rules and procedures will you formulate to ensure discipline and order in your class? How will you
ensure safety and security of your students?
____________________________________________________________________________________________________
To ensure the discipline and order in my class, here are some of the rules that I have in mind:
____________________________________________________________________________________________________
____________________________________________________________________________________________________
1. Always respect your teachers and your classmates.
____________________________________________________________________________________________________
2. Always come prepared.
____________________________________________________________________________________________________
3. Always come on time. Be punctual
____________________________________________________________________________________________________
4. Always mute your mic to prevent disturbance. Speak only when permitted.
____________________________________________________________________________________________________
5. Do not do unnecessary things while the class is ongoing.
____________________________________________________________________________________________________
6. Virtually raise your hand for you to be recognized. Alternatively, use the chatbox if necessary.
______________________________________________________________________________________________
7. Be mindful of your surroundings.
8. Always test your equipment/s before entering the meeting.
To ensure the safety and security of my students I will always remind them of the following:
1. Use only the email that was provided by the institution. To prevent them from opening unnecessary websites, programs,
and applications.
2. Always remind them about the netiquettes and etiquettes inside a classroom/virtual classroom.
3. Always speak to the teacher is there is something wrong. Especially if you’re a victim of abuse, bullying, and other stuff.
4. Always encourage parental involvement, whether it is pre-pandemic or pandemic. Parents should always be updated
about their child.

2. What strategies will you employ for rewards and consequences?

____________________________________________________________________________________________________
From what we know, rewards were given to those students who performed well in the class and consequences to those
____________________________________________________________________________________________________
who failed to comply with the teacher’s requirements. However, for me, I do not believe in the consequence part. Instead, talk to
____________________________________________________________________________________________________
the____________________________________________________________________________________________________
student and ask why he/she did not comply.
____________________________________________________________________________________________________
In that way, you were able to get the student's trust. You can now craft a solution and help the student in his/her problem
____________________________________________________________________________________________________
rather than giving him/her a consequence. As they say, everyone deserves a second chance. If that student did it again and did
____________________________________________________________________________________________________
not____________________________________________________________________________________________________
apply your suggestion, you can now give him/her a warning. Worst-case scenario, if that student did it again, you can now call
the______________________________________________________________________________________________
parents and talk with the Guidance Counselor. On the other hand, the reward is an excellent motivator for students. It will help
them in reaching their goal and strive harder.
Rewards by giving material things are good, but by simply saying “Very Good!”, “Good Job!”, and “You are great!” etc. It
is enough to make your students feel recognized. Sincere praising is also a good way of giving rewards, this will also encourage
other students to strive and study harder, so next time, they are the ones who can hear those praise.

3. What techniques are you going to use to maximize the effectiveness of your classroom management? Include the
description of your specific techniques.
____________________________________________________________________________________________________
____________________________________________________________________________________________________
To maximize the effectiveness of my classroom management, here are some techniques that I am going to use:
____________________________________________________________________________________________________
a.____________________________________________________________________________________________________
Technology Integration – nowadays and even before the pandemic, integration of technology in the teaching process is a big
help to ensure that the class is engaging and meaningful. Using proper technology tool to present or discuss your lesson is a
____________________________________________________________________________________________________
great way to encourage your class to focus more on your discussion.
____________________________________________________________________________________________________
____________________________________________________________________________________________________
b.____________________________________________________________________________________________________
Set Rules and Regulations – to ensure that the class is systematic, we should set some rules and regulations that the
students need to abide.
______________________________________________________________________________________________
c. Connection – connection with your students is a big help in ensuring the effectiveness of your classroom management.
d. Incorporate Diversity – consider the individual differences of your students according to the Multiple Intelligences by Howard
Gardner. Also, consider their religion, beliefs, and culture.
